Pousada Itaoca is a place where you feel at home. The ownwers Claudio and Ivone go the extra miles to make you feel at home giving you advise on things to do and places to see as well as where to eat certain foods depending on your taste.
The breakfast is all homemade freshly prepared every morning with simply amazing tastes from the region. If you are looking for value for money this is the place to go.

Big and comfortable rooms, very clean,the owners of the place are absolutely amazing,very kind and nice. Breakfast is great. Much more than pousada, for us it felt more like a great hotel. Recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in Itacaré and Pousada Itaoca surprised us.
Clean and fragrant rooms, excellent location, hammocks to rest in front of the rooms, very receptive owner.
We loved Val's coffee, whenever we arrived she greeted us with a smile on her face. Simple breakfast, but made with lots of love. Always making replacements and taking our orders for scrambled eggs.
The negative point is the fact that there was no one at reception to offer or recommend tours, but we managed to find tours at some agencies while walking around the center.
Ahh, the deck of the upper rooms and the wooden stairs make noise, we woke up in the early hours of the morning with people passing by.
Other than that, everything was positive, as was the value for money.

The owner couple welcomed us and “pampered” us throughout our stay. Super welcoming place. The bedroom balcony is an invitation to “deboismo”. Including bird visits… best location possible. Excellent breakfast. On the street where everything happens in Itacaré…
