The inn is very charming and the breakfast is made with great care and care. The pool is very nice and the kitchen staff is friendly. The location is great as it is close to Pituba Street, which is where the best restaurants and shops are. The room we stayed in was cozy, but left a little to be desired, as it had a small leak in the bathroom and poor ventilation as it was on the ground floor close to the reception. If cost-benefit allows, I suggest that visitors choose the larger rooms on the upper floor.

I'm from Belo Horizonte, MG, and I was in Itacaré with my wife for an incredible weekend at Pousada Barracuda. We have not found a place in the world where we have been so well received.
The employees, especially Clariane, are extremely attentive, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. For my wife's birthday, the kitchen staff surprised us with a cake for breakfast, all with wonderful smiles. Thank you very much for this, you are extraordinary.
I will certainly return to Itacaré and choose Barracuda again. An exclusive accommodation, with incredible rooms, wonderful people, and away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. I thank the Barracuda team for making my wife's birthday unforgettable. You are charming.

A dinner with friends on Sunday night, and everything was perfect, from the beautiful and cozy decor… we sat at a table on the mezzanine, where we could see the sea and the boats in the marina…. I had a perfect margherita, and my dish was divine. . I can't wait to go back there!

The inn is very pleasant, but due to its refinement, it forgot the essential thing: silence. The inn is located in the hustle and bustle of the center and the noise of horns and parties until the early hours of the morning turn the supposed paradise into hell. There's no way to sleep. For the guesthouse level, I would recommend a soundproof window to minimize the nightclub sound that enters the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, intimate, has spacious and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, spectacular service and besides all that, we had the best tour ever offered by hotels! We made the mango, we met and took a waterfall bath and baked a fish at the end of the tour! We want to be back soon!

Beautiful hotel and nice staff however do not under any circumstances rent the rooms located on the first floor. The night I stayed in one of the first floor standard room there was so much loud noise with the live music and people I felt like I was sleeping under a club. The rooms are literally right next to the front desk and located in the entrance hallway. The windows lead to the hallway. It’s miserable if you like to go to sleep before midnight .

Very tasteful hotel with excellent breakfast made by Ju, an incredible cook! Clari's service was very good, offering us several tips on which beaches to stay at and tours to take. The dinner prepared by the hotel is also worth it. Location is incredible, with beautiful views. The rooms are quite comfortable.

No matter where I travel I look for small, stylish hotels that fit the ultimate definition of boutique. This hotel is all that and more. Perfect location, great food, stylish decor, spacious rooms, perfect service. We arranged our dates to fit their availability because I wanted to make sure I could stay there. Itacare is filled with less expensive pousadas and this is one of the few hotels in its class. Make sure to stay if you’re lucky enough to travel to this part of the world!

Great hotel right in the center of Bahia. Amazing breakfast!!! And nice staff. The rooms were clean and very comfy/spacious only some rooms do not have a lot of daylight, so can get a bit dark. All in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

After staying at a couple of other places in itacare and not liking them I stumbled into this tiny boutique hotel. It’s oceanfront and 2 minutes from the center. Small and quaint, simple and modern, very clean and super chill. In fact it’s so relaxing and chill that I wanted to hike to the beach I ended up just lounging around the sofa overlooking the tiny pool and large terrace area listening to the music and reading all day. Just being barefoot in shorts all day was just what I needed I just didn’t want to leave. The people here are all very sweet. The food is great, so is the breakfast, and when the irony comes f being tired of just relaxing hits you, you can walk out the front door and the loud vibrant world of itacarè will welcome you back.

Hi! I was wondering if your pausada is walking distance to UP, Universo Paralelo festival that takes place every year on Praia de Pratigi for NYE? I'm trying to book for 2017/2018, if I can find a nearby pausada that I can walk to and from the festival.
