I spent 3 nights in a package including new years eve from 2013 to 2014. The swimming pools are great. Rooms are new and clean. There is a small kitchen that helps a lot with kids. That being said, we took a package with meals included. This was awful... no plates available, food was not replenished, missing silverwear and plates on the table, few people to attend everyone... I really hope they can fix this because the hotel has good potential. In case of menu meals it may work better. Also, some of the things need care: the doorman had back problems and had to ask me for help with the luggage. The check in was slow... Gym had an air conditioner that didn't work..Elevator broke down. It may all be related to a very busy time of year but service was really disappointing. Again, there are good rooms and great swimming pools. I hope they will improve the service as I'd like to go back. They also hired some people for children entertainment that did a good job.

Good thing about the hotel are the spacious rooms with excellent views on the water and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a beauty. Service in the hotel is poor, staff try to help but I have the feeling they miss good training and follow up. Food is mediocre. This hotel has potential but it is not to be found.

Solid, good quality in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern look. Equipped with microwave, sink, mini-refrigerator, and eating area. Extensive outdoor pool area and exercise room. The restaurant breakfast was not the best, but the lunch menu and food were much better. For the area, it's the best there.

The staff is ill tempered. The owner is an arrogant person with rules we have never heard before. The air did not work in the room. And asking the surly staff for help was unpleasant. Remote for the TV worked partially. Food took 1 hour to come. This place just has a bad vibe period

Traveling on business I stayed many separate times at this hotel. There are a limited number of options in the area but new hotels are coming soon. I usually only rate hotels that I like and want to share a positive experience. However, I feel I should share my thoughts on this poorly managed hotel.

Hotel Not recommended - if on business, try to find an alternative. If on vacation, definitely find an alternative.

The hotel is in a pleasant location. As a tourist you would have to venture further as local beaches are not the best. Nice pool area. I was there on business a few times and the Internet service is one of the worst I have experienced and power cuts were frequent. Food is good but repetitive. As there is nothing else of similar standard nearby it appears management are not bothered.

This is a great hotel, if you want to be local to the area. Its an hour from Rio airport, with Itacaruça beach just 500m away. Great size apartments, with dining table for 2, fridge and microwave and a balcony. If you have sea view, the views of the marina and itacaruça island are breathtaking. The hotel has several pools that merge together, gym and kids play area. The bar is opened to the reception area, leading on to a restaurant, some nights have a buffet. Great staff everywhere. The wifi can be slow in busy times and nothing during heavy rain.
I stayed here for 4 months in 2016 and just returned for a few days. It has maintained a good level of standard, with some upgrades to the front entrance. Grounds, internal decor have been kept immaculate.

Stayed in December and January and will be there again in February. Nice little 3 star on the edge of the marina. 500m from the local beach. It is an apartment hotel, so the the rooms are goid size. Small dining table for 2, microwave fridge and some kitchen cupboards for storage. Flat screen TV and aircon. All rooms have bulcany. Tiled floors, King size beds and well maintained. Spare pillows, bedding in wardrobe. The maids clean every day and do a great job. Laundry is Mon, Wed and Fri, so your return laundry falls on the next collection day. Ask for sea view its spectacular looking across the marina and neighbouring island. Hotel has 4 pools, 3 are mingling into 1. Swim up bar area, although you have to call the bartender by phone. There is a small gym opens from 6am to 10pm and there is also a jacuzzi and steam room. Breakfast is ok, and most nights dinner is buffet, but can order from menu if you want something else. Food quality is a good standard. One improvement would be the very slow and erratic Internet connection. It can vary in strength, but most often struggles in the room.

After spending some time in the typical Brazilian "posadas" we opted for a bit more comfort and landed in this well-equipped hotel with great and modern facilities, including fantastic swimming pools, a good restaurant, sauna, etc. It offers a splendid buffet breakfast and good service (although we were practically the only guests at the time). The downside is really the town where it is located which has very little to offer. I would recommend this hotel only to enjoy the hotel facilities for a few days and if you have a car to explore the region nearby ( it is fairly close to Rio, Angras and other interesting towns).
