I don't think we must have stayed at the same Los Dos as all these other folks! Our experience was completely different - both hosts were ill or recovering from some illness, had no idea who we were or how long we were staying even after making reservations several weeks in advance. While we loved the animals, their dogs pooped...

Spending our Christmas at this B&B was heavenly! The hosts, Georg & Phyllis, are fascinating artists and made us feel as though we were "home". We didn't want to leave! The accommodations beautifully decorated Mexican style, the breakfasts wonderful, the dogs and cats endearing, and the view of Lake Chapala and surrounding areas breathtaking. Sparkling pool, lush gardens, and quaint,...

I only had four days, but after bathing in the friendly realxed company of Los Dos hosts Phyllis and Georg, their beautiful oasis and the swimming poool I felt completely rejuvenated. The local towns provide wonderful eating, walking, breathing fresh air, enjoing the local scene and shopping.

Los Dos is the closest thing to heaven. I painted, swam, walked, rested and spent 3 perfect weeks simply enjoying life to the fullest. Phyllis and Georg are intelligent, warm and friendly folks who give of their time and talent to make one feel at home, comfortable and happy. If you dont enjoy Los Dos, you cant enjoy anything!

A splendid relaxed holiday in rural Mexico in self contained accomodation but with friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Meeting other guests for breakfast 'en famille' definitely adds to the experience. Location could not be more different from a holiday resort (say like Cancun). We thoroughly recommend taking the time and energy to walk up and down between the B & B...

This was our first B & B in Mexico. You are the guests of a working Artist and his wife, also an artist, who are the consumate hosts!!! Their beautifully landscaped gardens and inviting swimming pool are one of the most restful and enjoyable locations we have en- countered...

We stayed twice at Los Dos last year, and are planning to spend the Christmas/New Years holidays this year. The owners, Georg and Phyllis Rauch are wonderful hosts, and extremely knowlegeable about the area (as well as being well known artists). The property is even more beautiful than the photos indicate. Some of our most pleasant memories of Mexico have...

This is one of our favorite spots in Mexico, if not the world. We have visited this beautiful B and B five or six times. Each visit, usually about a week, has been restful, peaceful, and inspiring. The gardens, pool, and apartments are perfect for many activities (reading, relaxing, painting, etc). The location is close enough to walk to Jocotepec...
