I must say the staff at Imperia are all polite and very hepful. I would like to especially thank Steven for all his polite greetings and wonderful food and wine suggestions (not only did I enjoy the flavors I felt full and well nurished, which can be difficult when you are busy on the road). Thank you! Our family visit in January was very enjoyable. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The decor and rooms are very nice and clean. Lots to do. Will come again with my family next summer

It’s my second visit at Imperia. This room was better designed than the room we had before. Imperia would compare to larger hotel chains in that category if they would modify a few things. - rooms with mini fridge - rooms with better access to power outlets or USB ports for electronics - the convenient store type of tray with condoms for sale is not very stylish. Also the water pressure was a problem. The staff on the other hand is always very helpful, smiling and efficient.

staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. they spoke English and that was a plus considering all of the signs were in french. room was quiet and very clean. great place to stay while on business. lounge was great and had a many variety of wines to choose from.

Friendly staff with beautiful smiles The swimming pool was good and cleaned , the gymnasium was good but small area, sauna was good and clean the most important thing was the friendly and helpful staff but there are some things like the view of the room and the operation works outside the hotel and the small room width just take a bed and one chair finally there was a huge parking spaces and the breakfast was good with limited items
