I am sorry it's taken me so long to review this cottage but here it is... We were really happy that we had chosen Oban Seil Farm and think that we couldn't have got a better place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home, nothing was too much bother for either Nick or Bette. The...

The location is ideal. Just a mile from atlantic bridge and easy distance to explore Easdale and Luing. The views are spectacular. The house was warm and charming. It felt more like a home than guest house. Bette had left out fresh flowers, mints and fresh eggs from their own free range hens for our arrival. Bette obviously loves children...

Kirsty and her two lovely boys came saw and conquered us with their enthusiasm and charm. This is a perfect place for families with kids who like to roam around and explore and these two boys obviously loved it. You are right Kirsty, it is great place for larger groups as well, as we have four houses. This year we...

We recently stayed here for a family holiday with a baby and toddler. The location could not have been better and the owners, Bette and Nick are the friendliest hosts you could meet. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and included everything you could possibly need including Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc. Lots of extras were provided that we had...

Ahh, many thanks for such a splendid review. We just love having people staying who use the farm, especially the shore as it is such a rare thing to have private shore with pontoon and facilities. We wish we had even more down on the shore, I would love a boat house, but Hej Ho, you can't have it all...

This must have been our fifth or sixth visit to Oban Seil Farm. It was just like coming home. The cottages are so comfortable and we know where everything is. We have always had "blokes only" visits, and we came to do "boaty" things, including diving for scallops and crab. Now we are too old (and unfit) for that so...

You gentlemen are such charmers, and who would not be delighted in your company, I for one is bowed under. You are right, if you like the water front, the hills and the freedom of a place like Oban Seil Farm, then you are in for a good chance of having a great time here. The mussels on the shore...

Stayed in one of their chalets for 2 nights. We were very satisfied with our stay. The chalet has everything you´ll need. Big combined livingroom and eating area, with possibility to open doors out to a nice view over the mountains. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and one with twin beds and a third one with one single...

We spent 4 nights at Oban Seil Farm and had a wonderful time. Bette and Nick were extremely helpful and welcoming and our children really enjoyed the freedom of being on the farm. The accommodation is of high quality, with a very well equipped kitchen and also very clean. The location is spectacular and we were able to do some...

Wow that is an amazing review, many thanks, we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay here. We know that when people come here with kids who are happy to play around in the water on the shore, have barbecues and run around on the farm, that's when we know that we are the right place to be. please...

We visited Seil for a short break and so my partner could climb a Munro close by. It looked a lovely spot on the photographs we'd looked at prior to the visit but they didn't do the place justice. The cottages are in such a beautiful spot. Our cottage was clean and very comfortable. Nick and Bette were so helpful,...

Thank you so much. You are right, this is a great place to be based if you like bagging Monros and coming back with weary legs and windblown hair to a warm and cosy place in the evening. It was great to meet you nd we hope to see you here again soon.

We stayed at Oban Seil farm during a very hot spell in Scotland, and it was lovely. We were welcomed by Bette and Nick when we arrived, and the house itself (No 3) was very clean and had everything we needed, including a travel cot for our 10 months old. Due to the weather, the bedrooms were very stuffy at...

Many thanks for joining us here. We had a fantastic weekend stay at Oban Seil Farm over the festive period. Owners Nick and Bette were warm and welcoming and ensured that our stay in this beautiful region of Scotland was memorable. The cottages were well equipped and clean - a home away from home. Have recommended to friends and family without hesitation. Can't wait to return.
