We stayed 1 night in this hotel in this small village. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy. We booked a Double Room and were given a Family Room which had a double bed and a bunk bed of 2 beds. The bathroom was good with a good shower, there was tea and coffee making facilities but no refrigerator. The hotel was fairly quiet when we were there. We had dinner in their restaurant which was very good. There is not much to offer in this small village. There is a beach nearby with lots of pebbles and also lots of seaweed. There was a strong current at the beach when we were there so I would not recommend it for children. The staff were friendly and helpful but on check out we were charged for a family room instead of a double room so it took a bit of negotiation to get the price correct . I booked a double room not a family room. Our friends who also booked a double room got a much more inferior room to ours which was in a roof space and a lot smaller.…
We were at this hotel through our travel organiser. Even though our travel organiser had informed the hotel that we would arrive very late app 10.30 pm - when we actually did arrive at 10.30 pm we discivered that the hotel and restaurant was closed. No message, nothing. My husbond did fortunately find a small room from the outside corridor with the keys left for opening. We then assumed that this was our room. But we could not be sure and in spite that we phoned the travel agency they were as disoriented as we were. We went into the room and slept there but when we explained the staff next morning about this unpleasant situation they merely shrugged their shoulders and said that of couse "this was our room". But frankly speaking it does take a bit if courage just to bump in and sleep somewhere casually when you have passed the age if 20 long ago. Room was small but decent with giid shower and breakfeasf at pleasant surroundings, but I would never recommend anyone to come in the evening.…
We arrived here by chance on a tour of Corsica and luckily they had a room. Sisco is a small and rather quiet coastal village on Cap Corse. The room was simple but clean and with a decent shower and bathroom. We ate an evening meal at the hotel which was excellent - the best food we had all week in Corsica. Not fussy but really tasty local fare. We ate quite early but a little later the place was packed out, mostly with Corsicans, it seemed. The owners were friendly and the price, though not exactly cheap, compared favourably with other hotels we stayed at during the week. There is off road parking at the back with a notably steep ramp to get in and out.
