I splurged on a night in this hotel while walking the Camino do Santiago. The room seemed small for the price (60-some Euros), and the reception area was underwhelming, but it provided just what I needed: it was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds. Looked like it had been remodeled recently, both rooms and common areas. Restaurants and bars nearby, and...

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Quiet. Lovely raindrop shower. Allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage for us. Fruit market outside on Tuesdays. Near main square which has lots of good restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A good overnight stop if walking Camino de Santiago, with good size rooms and a very large restaurant offering. An unusual breakfast process of available at any time, which meant crowded and limited service as only one person cooking/serving/cleaning.

It is along the Camino, and is very luxurious. We were very happy staying here as it was comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious and the location is convenient. The restaurant is very famous and came highly recommended but as with most of the other restaurants, opened too late for our liking along the Camino.

I stayed here for 6 nights in order to recuperate from tendonitis which I got while walking the Camino. The staff was very attentive in helping me with my needs like giving me ice for my knees. When it came for me to take the train, the manager went to the train station and bought me my ticket to save...

We arrived after a long walk following Saint James' Way and found this hotel quite in the centre of Astorga. Not large but comfortable enough to stay for a while. The building houses a restaurant which serves delicious local food. We ordered Maragato stew (typical from this León area) and couldn't finish it due to its amount of food.

The hotel was a great deal and in walking distance to all the sights. It had a good sized room that looked out on the square (and the 4 star hotel at twice the price!). The modern bathroom was immaculate and spacious. It had a wonderful "rain shower." The AC worked perfectly. There was a restaurant attached on the first...

Great rooms, friendly service, good location, reasonable price. What more could you ask in a hotel? Just steps to Plaza Mayor, and about a six minute walk to the Cathedral and Gaudi museum. Rooms were very clean and modern. Bathroom was quite chic (and of course spottlessly clean) .

Astorga is a lovely place, but very very small, there's not a lot to do! We stayed in this hostal on our way to Santiago from Madrid. Clean place, I liked the bathroom! The bed was not very comfortable, and I did not sleep well. The problem was that the hostal is also a stop for "pilgrims" to Santiago!! And...

Nice hotel with lovely staff - on asking the lady on check-on whether our bags had been delivered, she commented that they should be in the room. We caught the lift up to the third floor to find that she had run up the stairs to get there before us because "they usually leave me a note that the bags...
