Second trip here in recent years. A warmly run Italian family hotel offering an incredible combination of quality and value. Room and bed super comfy, the food is outstanding and the service extremely genuine and friendly with Radu and team looking after the busy dining room superbly well. All the staff are happy and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Cheap ski hire on site (snowboards can be hired locally), a lift to the ski lifts laid on morning and evening plus great wellness facilities including pool, sauna and jacuzzi for the soaking of the old bones after a day on the slopes in the stunning Dolomites. What more could you ask for? Superb!

I stayed with my family on holiday in July in this hotel, which I found spotless, cute, with a cheerful atmosphere and lots of initiatives. My compliments go to the staff, always friendly, helpful and smiling, with many initiatives for excursions for families in the morning and for children afternoon and evening. Snack always welcome and plentiful. Always quality food with a wide choice of buffet as well as for the courses at the table. The room is very very comfortable, with many points of support, wall and wood. Balcony with chairs and table and a very welcome drying rack. The only thing that could improve are the charging of the car, at a fixed cost, which I would bring according to consumption rather than 35 € regardless and the change of bathrobes that happens only once a week. But let’s say that these things would be achieved perfection. Max is an excellent animator and Guide and the passion of all the staff is clear in every activity undertaken, such as bringing animals such as ferret, chameleon, snake and many others to the hotel to introduce them to children. Overall we were very pleased with the holiday. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Everyone from the wellness centre, restaurant, bar, reception, drivers treated us very well. The minibus/shuffle to and from the ski lift was very practical. Our room was very clean and spacious, with a nice size balcony. The bathroom was cleaned well every day. Any request or ask was met with a positive intention. The restaurant personnel had the personal touch and were eager to help. My daughter was well looked after at the waterslide and the kids' centre. Would recommend the place to friends and family.

This is the 4th time we stayed at Fontana and it always feels like home cleanliness, food and service. There is absolutely everything one needs including an amazing spa and a moderate gym. The view from most of the rooms is breathtaking.

Very pleasant stay, everything with great attention to detail. Excellent and plentiful food, very rich and varied buffet breakfast. The wellness center is excellent while the swimming pool in my opinion is too small and has few places available to stretch out or sit compared to the amount of people that the hotel has. The water slide for the children is something fantastic (my son was in love), perhaps the only downside is keeping it open for only 1 hour and a half (from 4pm to 5.30pm) in fact we weren't able to use it every day because we returned to the hotel later. Hotel a little outside the town center but the shuttle service is impeccable and is always available in a very short time, very useful if you don't want to take the car. However, I would strongly recommend this hotel also for its excellent quality-price ratio, I will definitely return, perhaps even in winter for a skiing week.

We have been going to this hotel for many years and, as always, it is an absolute guarantee. The hotel already has so much to be happy about, the food always great and plentiful, the pool, the slide (which is a gem for children), the well-equipped mini club area and the climbing gym. The Spa deserves a special mention because it is really beautiful and even the photos on the site do not do justice to what it really is, with Giovanna always smiling to welcome you. The guys in the room perfectly managed by Maitre Radu (who never disappoints expectations) reflect the personality of the latter and are all always ready to smile at you and chat (thanks to Alessia for putting up with us 10 days) At Reception Alessandra always very kind and generous with advice.
