A very pleasant stay at this guest house, it felt like you were visiting family rather than staying in a B&B. Situated in a residential area it was very quiet and well presented. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was fab. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here the night before our son's graduation - as did two other families - after a recommendation from friends. As others have said, very handy for UEA - a 20 minute walk through woods & over the Yare - and Norfolk & Norwich Hospital. Room comfortable and spotless: all we needed for our stay. Breakfast good. Rob helped...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights after a boiler malfunction caused a cancellation elsewhere. The house is located in a quiet (apart from the birds) leafy location 3.5 miles outside Norwich. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The walk to the nearest pub serving excellent beer and mammoth portions of good food was an...

When staying away for business I usually stay in a chain hotel (holiday inn, premier inn etc) but on this occasion I chose a guest house as it was most conveniently located for where I wanted to be. I did not regret it. The rooms were a comfortable size and incredibly clean, light and airy. The Wifi worked fantastically, the...
