Detailed Reviews
The park is ok, the top of the park has full hook ups but the bottom half only has electric and water. The only real problem with this park is the man who parks you! He offended five of our coaches either stating they couldn’t drive or stating he would drive the coach himself! It doesn’t take much to be kind to someone and the owners need to have a chat with this man! It’s convenient for the drive we need to make but i could have just dry camped on the side of the road rather that suffer his meanness!

The campground is fine - level, hard-packed gravel sites and full services. Wifi is available but is only a low-power home router in the office so don't expect to use it in your RV unless you've got a WiFi extender (recommended). If you can connect though, it's fast. The owner appeared rude and disinterested on arrival, but we stayed for 3 nights in the end and found him to be a "character" who appears to have hearing issues. If you shout during conversation therefore, it goes a lot better.🙂

On our way south and Dease Lake was at our normal driving distance. One one at the park when we checked in; later another rv arrived later but otherwise we had the place to ourselves. The lady who checked us in mentioned the day before the entire park was full; a large RV caravan and stopped for the night. We had our pick of sites; they all appeared level (gravel) with minimal shade. Water/electricity/Sewer were available but there is NO WIFI or CELL COVERAGE available. This isn't the owner's problem, this impacts the entire area. However, directly across the street is a small college building with a very strong wifi signal. They have been kind enough to leave the login information taped to the front door. We were able to access from the nice picnic table outside. The bathrooms were nice, but hadn't been cleaned for several days. It does cost to use the showers; $1 for 7-mins which was adequate. The owners have the property up for sale, so they don't appear motivated to update/keep things up. Has lots of potential, but when we were getting gas we spoke to several RVers and they were all headed further South, looking for a park with more amenities.
If in the area, we would probably not stay here again and keep going whichever direction we were headed.

Adequate spot if you are looking to stop along this section of the Cassiar Highway. There are very few choices along this highway if you want full hook-up. Seems like the owners may be trying to retire, but the sites are adequate (although close together), and sites are level. Convenient laundry facilities.

stayed here making our way back home from the north. The entrance is a bit hidden along the hwy, so watch for the quick sign.
The campground itself is average, check in at the house on right, senior couple own and run it. The old guy is a bit of a grump, but friendly, lol. The site itself is very level and have full hook ups sani/water/30amp. the sites are a little tight maybe 15 ft between, and open gravel basically. They have washrooms onsite and are spotless. They also have a little creek running though the campground which the kids would like.
there's a large covered area with a large fire pit for groups, never used it though, but looks good to go.
This place is good for an over nite...maybe two if you've been driving long on the hwy.
easy pull thrus.
