The room was big and clean. The staff had exellent english and were very helpful. Great location on the main streat... More

I really don't understand LP sometimes. In fact, Kaemse GH was full, and Alisa appeared just next to it - they suddenly had a room. Clean, spacious, with deadly-cold-blowing aircon, half-dead hot water tap and lame stool. I didn't notice anything like service - maybe, just had not enough time? Anyway: location is central, price - quite reasonable, front room... More

This is place is located in the main area, close to restaurants, mini market, other hotels and tour places. Great value for money, we got 3 single beds for 2 people - large clean spacious bedroom and bathroom. If you love dogs, they have a cute friendly fluffy white dog. The downsides were the staff doesn't say much and there... More

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it there. The room was very clean and water bottles and towels were replaced on a daily basis. The wifi on second floor is ok and there is also a nice balcony. Very happy to go back there soon.

Triple Room and Bathroom very big and also clean but Charm is missing. Wifi only works in the Lobby and no Breakfast is available. Staff could be more motivated. Caution with the Motocycles of the Hotel; i tried 3 of them and those were in bad condition. So i rent the Moto somewhere else.

We wanted to close our Window and the whole Window Breaks out of the Wall and falls down the house from the 3rd floor to the ground. Really Dangerous - we are just happy that there was no one standing or no Car parking. Instead of realizing the Dangerous of this and checking all the other Windows the Staffel and... More

Room 402, top floor. Large room, nice bed, WiFi in lobby only but... The worst room we have stayed in in over 9 months of travelling. The smell of sewerage from bathroom was completely overpowering. We've stayed in tents, with local families with only basic facilities, in wood shacks but never had smells like this anywhere.

Spent several days here. Good location in Pakse. Room was clean. Ac was good, wifi not bad. Next to and across from restaurants and mini market. Not far from river and motor bike rentals. Recommend Pakse Travel for motor bike rentals. I did and drove Bolaven Loop and little scooter was great. Elton USA

This guesthouse is fabulous value, super clean and the staff are friendly. Book early as it's pretty popular even in low season. Ask for a back room as its on the main road. We couldn't hear much at all at the back. You can buy breakfast close by also I expensively. The bus for onward travel picked us up at... More

It was very clean and good location to explore the night market, temple, river side. There are many hotels, restaurants, friendship super market around this guest house. The bathroom water was very strong but the smell was uncomfortable due to the perfume they used for cleaning. AC in the room worked very well and they have a big sharing balcony... More
