If considering staying here, you MUST book a Massif Paine view room. One can look forever out of your large bedroom window at the spectacular view of the mountains. The weather does impact on views however (as on our full day excursion) but when it clears the views are truly spectacular. Service in the hotel was excellent, breakfast was good,...

On our group trip through Patagonia, we were lucky enough to spend 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. Our room was on the ground floor with views of the fabulous mountains. We could enjoy seeing the adorable (to us - considered pests to locals) European hares playing in the groomed lawns around the hotel! It was the best hotel of...

Dear Guest; Thanks for taking the time in these words. We love animals running around our gardens. We believe that we are in an incredible place that can not be locked behind bars. We hope to be your choice again when you return to Chilean Patagonia, Regards, Team Hotel Rio Serrano.

We were lucky with the weather and had the most spectacular views of the mountains, but we also appreciated the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the buffet in the evening was very good - we went twice and the selections changed. The bar food came in huge portions and there were some interesting beers on sale. The views...

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a view room. When we arrived it was raining and you could see the river. We woke up to a full view of the mountains! The service was great! They arranged excursions, transfers and went out of their way to help us. The hotel is located just outside of the park but...

My wife and I stayed here four nights. Cannot relate to the poor reviews for this hotel... I guess it shows how Individual experiences can differ. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Here are some random reflections: 1. Location and views spectacular: but be warned... we had two days of bad weather so the view wasn't there; one day of...

Reviewing Trip Advisor reviews and finding yours was a gift for our entire team. Thank you so much for taking the time to write your experience with us. Our hotel is designed to enjoy the incredible views of the Torres del Paine but unfortunately we can not trust the weather in the area. You have the reason that is a...

This is the place to stay when you visit the Torres del Paine National Park. The views of the Cuernos del Paine (famous mountain) from the rooms and the bar are utterly breathtaking. My photo from the room looks like a painting! The rooms are large, quiet and very comfortable. Staff are excellent too. Sadly the food is not up...

The view is absolutely stunning, I don't think you can get a better one around the park. On a clear day you will get the most impressive view of the mountains and The Valley. Breathtaking! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, everyone had a smile ready for us. Service was prompt and efficient. We had a beautiful room with...

The hotel is located in one of the most picturesque places in the planet (IMO at least) so it's hard to find any faults. The service was excellent. They arranged a pickup for us inside the park and a drop off at the punta arenas airport. We also used the hotel to do a hiked to the base of Torres....

This hotel is so plain on the outside but beautifully presented inside. It is light and airy with large comfortable seating areas looking out over the stunning landscape. Our ground floor room was very spacious, with a view of the garden and mountains. 2 comfortable king-size beds, clean white linen, a good-size bathroom with large pump dispensers - the lemon...
