Location - just on the outskirts of Torres del Paine. Great base for starting your adventure. Rooms - Very nice rooms, but bathroom was lacking. The shower was almost dangerous to get in and out of. But, we found the rooms quiet, clean, and very nice. Grounds - this is what makes this hotel. It is gorgeous. On the water...

Once there without a car you are captured. The hotel is expensive and quality of food ordinary and the times of meals change to suit groups so if you are solo make sure you ask Tours are incredibly expensive for what you get Would have been better hiring a car Staff friendly and helpful The cabanas are not sound proof...

The hotel is nice but does not have any great feature. Everything is just above average. Overall it is quite pricy for what you get (especially dinner, but you don't really have any other option around - and the food tends to be cold on the buffet). What you really pay for is the location, right at the entrance of...

Just by the amazing national park this amazing hotel is situated. The room is comfortable with view. The hotel is near the river that looks like a big lake, horses are around. The meals were good. The only small problem is the management. In the morning I told the reception that the light by the bed did not work. When...

This cabana is just a little bit outside of the national park. It was probably about a 30-45 minute drive from the hotel to the main trail head. The rooms are comfortable, and for a small town the wifi is pretty solid. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful as well. Since there aren't any restaurants nearby you are basically...

Hotel with beautiful ubicación and wonderful view. Acomodation was good but service has a lot to improve. First the pre-arranged pickup from my hotel in Puerto Natales came two hours late. Diners were generally cold to warm. Waitress with mediocre service. They needs a good manager to improve all departments.

We spent 2 nights in their no frills, very basic room. Don't expect an elevator or lights that don't flicker. This hotel has a great location right outside the Torres del Paine south park entrance and is quite isolated as is the entire area. What you will get is a neat, clean and cozy room with a great view of...

Very remote but impressive location looking over the Torres del Paine mountain range. Since ~mid2014, the Y-290 road from Puerto Natales has been closed for repair with you needing to take the much longer northern road which is a further drive (and uses more petrol). Once the Y-290 road is open getting to this hotel should be much quicker. Accomodation...

My wife and I spent our second aniversary, we got the room with an amazing view, it's amazing how you can just open the shades and see the impressive mountains. If you hire a tour and all inclusive, includes breackfast , box lunch and dinner, They will drive you to sight seeings and if you have more time or you...

As others have commented, this hotel was nice and simple and the location gave amazing views over the upper Serrano River and the Torres del Paine massif. I can't comment on the buffet, as our tour leader advised the two-plate option, which was fine and reasonably priced - this is a remote location and I didn't expect city food -...
