Is an excellent place for have a rest after the hard walks around the Park. Excellent toilets and showers. However, it seems that the staff is not working and instead they are having fun. They are no happy working or helping the clients. (1) The fire was not up during the afternoon and they did not answer our requests until...

While the refugio as such is nice, it is too expensive and we were put off by the staff's attitude. They showed no flexibility at all when we wished to change our booking from the cama armada to camping with fullboard (even though we would have lost money in the process and they had availability). The only explanation we got...

Great location on the Torres del Paine walking circuit. Also able to access via ferry. Comfortable rooms with shared facilities. Staff unhelpful, accommodation 1/2 empty but couples required to share with other men, guests advised nil rooms available on booking and had to hire tents.

Nice place if you're not down for camping/making your own food after a day of hiking. The beds were comfortable and the lounge was the best part about it. Food was good for being in the middle of nowhere but don't expect a 5 star meal.

Reall nice, hidden from the wind camping spots. Cooking room clean and few tables to sit down. There are hot showers, but be preapered for a long line for your turn. Also really good common area in the refugio to hang out in.

This refugio was the last one of our 5-day E to W trek. The staff were very welcoming, specially having a French speaking receptionist was good for us (think it was her 1st day on the job). It is a good size, not too small nor too big with a nice and warm feel with wooden interior, made me think...

This refugio has nice decor and common space. They do not provide sleeping bags so I would suggest requesting an extra blanket (I went in Oct 2016). The food was pretty decent and I had a really yummy pisco sour. All in all, a good experience.

We had Refugio Grey as our last stop in the W circuit, we finally got the sleep we deserved, really nice rooms and comfortable beds. The service was good, but all the refugios have the same problem, theyre way too slow. I know that in Patagonia everything moves slower but really that slow... they have enough staff to help guests...

We were here on our first stop on the W-trek. We set up a tent with no food included. Price was fair for the service provided, only thing that bothered us was that there were only a few bathrooms for the whole camping area, because off this they were very dirty.
