Wonderfull loccation, but an unbelivebely bad food at the restaurant, what can be a big problem in a remote place, without many options to eat. Even worse was the service. Very rude and bad trained staff.

The location of this Hosteria was simply stunning. Set in the blue waters of the lake with views of the snow capped mountains; it was location, location. We enjoyed 3 nights here and used it as a base for our trekking of Torres del Paine National Park. We couldn't have asked for anything more; it was a pleasure to return...

What a great location this place has, right on Lago Pehoé with simply a breathtaking view of „los cuernos“. Can’t really beat that. The Rooms are a bit old fashionded but the staff makes up fort hat in a big way: very helpful and friendly. Being in such a remote location there is no choice in picking a restaurant. I...

This is by far the best location i have every stayed at. We get the best view of mountains from this hotel. Set in middle of nowhere in a perfect blue lake, with grand view of mountains. In the morning i hiked up the mountain, to see sunrise, later in the day i realized that the grand view of mountains...

One of the most picturesque places you could stay near Torres del Paine. Older and somewhat worn hotel. No hot water in mid afternoon. Good staff and helpful. Could use a bus shelter at entrance since many guests come and go by bus. You are in the middle of no where. But, you are there for Torres and no other...

Perhaps I have lower expectations than the other reviewers. We thought the room and the food were fine but not memorable. The view, however, made up for any inadequacy in the hotel. The "horns" filled almost the entire window of the dining room and the view from the island lookout was even better. We came for the scenery and got...

The location is unique. Approaching from a distance we had the impression we were arriving at paradise: an island on a gorgeous lake linked to the continent by a pretty bridge. Perfect romantic setting. After check in and once we were shown to our room started the disappointment. The room was ugly, humid, the wall had mold stains and so...

It got an amazing view both at the restaurant and the room(at the moutain side),and when you were on the "condor lookout",it was a part of view! I have to say, the staffs were very kind, polite, and helpful,so I hate to mention the food was terrible. It was reasonable expensive( expensive everywhere in this NP anyway),but it was not...

The hotel is located in the middle of Torres del Paine park, at the shore of Pehoe lake. It has a great view - this is the best thing with the hotel. There are some problems too. First - there is a long bridge between the parking and the hotel. The internet is very weak. Room decor wasn't that great....

We had a lunch in this hotel. The food was very bad and tasteless. We had sea food soup which was like sea food in hot water. They served gnocchi afterwards the sauce and the gnocchi itself was terrible. We had tres leches as dessert which was better than others.
