We stayed here for one night whilst in the park this was mainly to do the lago grey navigation tour. We would have stayed longer but for the absolutely extortinate price. The location is beautiful with amazing views from all the reception, bar and restaurant windows. We paid top whack for a superior room with lake views and it was...

We had one of the better rooms with view of the lake. It was beautiful! And we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink. Reception & tour staff were lovely & very helpful. I think the place is let down by the dining room. I was surprised the dinner was a set menu. Nothing special. Also breakfast was pretty slack. The food...

The Hosteria Lago Grey is about as remote as you can get, the nearest gas station is 112 miles away! This is a single story hotel, split into several outbuildings and first appearances are deceptive. The rooms are beautifully done, fine decor and superb bathrooms. The beds are enormous and very comfortable, ask for a glacier facing room, we did...

i'm pretty sure the room view in the hotel picture on this page was our room. hotel is a little dated but your only there for sleep and food, we were lucky with the weather but you've just got to get outside to see this place. we were there in early October 14, so not much trekking available. didn't matter...

There aren't many choices in Torres del Paine and the location of Lago Grey Hosteria was why we chose it and that was a good choice. However, I had one of the worst room experiences: when we were shown to our very small cramped twin room in the "500" block, there was a "deposit" in the toilet. It had never...

The location is the best thing about the Lago Grey. Otherwise, it is pricey for what you get. We stayed in one of the older rooms. It was a large room, but no view. The bar and common area at the hotel have an amazing view of the lake, mountains and glacier. Bar has a decent snack and sandwich menu....

We stayed at this hotel in April of this year. The views are beautiful but the hotel is poor. The rooms are very basic - unless you get one of the few rooms facing the lake, which are more updated (so I heard but didn't see). The hotel is more like little rustic cabanas. I have travelled all over the...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our Patagonia tour last January. The room was very spacious with stunning views on the lake and glaciers. Perfectly clean and quiet. After a long drive on the Patagonian dirt roads it was amazing to find such a beautiful hotel. The service was friendly. The restaurant, which also had a great...

It is the only hotel around and they do take advantage of it. The rooms are Ok and service sluggish. Supposedly a four-star hotel, it is worth two and a half stars at most. Overpriced by a long chalk. We managed to get a 50pc discount on booking ahead and would never have stayed there otherwise.

We recently completed a 4 night stay at Hotel Lago Grey. Let me start with the 'Good' First. The rooms are clean and decent sized with amazing views of the Lago Grey and the Glacier Gray. The beds are comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. Most of them speak and understand some English and we didn't have many problems...
