I cannot say enough wonderful things about this B&B in Bavaria! My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights in the beginning of April, and wished we could stay longer! We had a wonderful room upstairs that included an ensuite bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a lovely balcony! Andrea and her mother were perfect hosts. Andrea gave us great directions...

Very good location, none parking problems, based on a traditional German house which I real like, very clean and well kept. Also good breakfast. Andrea, her husband and her mum are very helpful and nice people too! Keep up your good work and thank you once again from Malta

if you are interested in touring this area of Bavaria, Bad Kohlgrub is an ideal spot, and Guesthaus Gerold is perfect. I Ihave yet to come across a more thoughtful host than Andrea, often going out of her way to please its customers. We were a relatively large group, including toddlers and she made sure that we got a fresh...

Third generation owners. Very friendly staff, clean rooms-some with kitchen, great breakfast, close to market and good resturants. Ask for room at back of building as there is a lot of traffic passing by all hours of the day and night.

Amazing place and the staff (Andrea and her mother who runs the place) are just so nice! The room was quite big, clean and seemed new. The only problem is the wifi in the room but the place is so good it worth it. Its placed 30 min from the castles and about an hour from Munich.

Stayed 4 nights in a beautiful room. Andrea and her mother made us feel comfortable and welcome with her beautiful smile.breakfast was generous and fresh. This small village is in a good situation near many interesting sightseeings, hiking roads and lakes.

We asked for two separate beds and guess what...they gave us a second room! It was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was very good and with a big variety of everything one should need. The place was really nice, cozy and family warm and the rooms where very clean and with a nice view at the village. The owners were very polite...

We stayed with Andrea and her family June 14-19 2016. She was very welcoming and helpful with the area and things to do. They have brochures, books, and binders in both english and german of day trips and things to do all over Bavaria. Breakfast was hearty and we were encouraged to take our leftovers for lunch. She provided wrap...

This is my second time staying here. This little village is just beautiful. The rooms and apartments are clean, newer looking and the price is quite low. Well worth it. Breakfast is exceptional. And if you don't eat it all, you can make a sandwich for later. Walking distance to train station.

We stayed for one night after visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. The room was very large, and we where even given two rooms. There is a great yummy cafe across the street, and we ate at the indian restaurant next door, which was very good. This place has been in the family for 3 generations, and is very clean and the breakfast...
