I wish we could have stayed longer at this really lovely hotel in a gorgeous location and hope to come back in winter. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very large with a modern, newly remodeled bathroom. I absolutely loved the shower, slept very well in the comfortable antique bed, and enjoyed beautiful views from a very...

We spent some days with three generations here. The rooms are different, renovated or bigger but older. The view in the landscape is very nice. The W-Lan in the rooms were different, but not very good. The restaurant was renovated, but very tradtional. The breakfast was good. The diner was average. The spa has an old charme, partly renovated. The inddor swimmingpool...

The room we had was very old an worn. The hotel has some spots that have been renovated, but has an overall tired look. Also the spa are is very dated and spread over different areas. Dinner was okayish, but not on the usual 4* level, breakfast was good. The wine card has an emphasis on local wines, the international...

Spent an evening here with my family and had a very memorable time. Interior of the hotel is beautiful and restaurant has sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and valley. We experienced courtious, efficient and friendly service. Food was well presented and of high quality. Highly recommended.

My wife and I wanted a walking holiday and after dismissing Switzerland as being too expensive, chose PLB, though U must say this was in part due to the fact that I worked there in my youth in '84! The hotel and area is everything you had heard or imagined that Bavaria might be; mountains, leder hosen, beer and cute...

Thanks a lot for the great review! Our service is only as good as our employees and so you helped create back in 1987 what we deliver today. Thanks again and looking forward to welcoming you to our hotel again in the near future (you don't have to wait another 27 years ;-) )

If you like to go hiking in the mountains, you should go to this area. It is beautiful! There's a nice waterfall only 10 min walk from the hotel. But if you are unlucky with the weather, you can spend the day in the pools and the saunas. We planned to go hiking a bit more, but we enjoyed the...

Where to begin to write about this superb hotel? I stay in a lot of hotels on business so let's start with the three C's which I think every hotel needs to be: Clean, Comfortable and Connected. Yes: the hotel was spotlessly clean; Yes: the rooms, lounges, dining areas and leisure facilities were really comfortable; Yes: there was free unlimited...

This is a hotel/inn that primarily caters to Germans and Austrians who love to hang out at spas for a few days. But there are some other Europeans here as well, and a handful of Americans too, us included (there are very few children here -- this is mostly an adult kind of stop). The spa is in the midst...

In the middle of the Alps lies a hidden gem, Prinz-Luitpold-Bad. The perfect surrounding to go outdoors, enjoy the spa area and eat well. The rooms have an amazing view and they are spacious and quiet. The daily routine was to wake up, eat a good breakfast, go outdoors, enjoy the spa and sauna, have dinner and fall to bed...

We loved our week at this hotel and it is clear why it is such a favorite for guests who return year after year. We had the tower suite, which is very spacious and private on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was generous with great variety of selections - everything that we wanted and more. The dinners as part...
