The hotel is located off a divided road which isn't illuminated so slow down as it's easy to miss the entrance. Staff are accommodating and kind but they did close down for the night so check with them if you're going to be late. You absolutely need a car to get to this hotel.
Our room was a triple room and very spacious. We could drive up and park outside hence the motel feel and it was very convenient having the car outside. The room had a strong smell which was a bit mouldy--I couldn't identify the smell. After being in the room awhile, we couldn't smell it anymore. Everything was clean though.The room was so warm that we had to shut off the heat and open the window. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough for my other half although it was fine by me and the floors are very slippery in the bathroom when wet.. You can hear the train going by every hour or so and the people upstairs but you couldn't hear the cars from the road. The train only went by once in the middle of the night.
And the reason I know this is...my biggest bone of contention...the rock hard beds and the flat pillows. We came in late so we didn't call to ask for extra pillows thinking that the staff had left for the night so I slept with towels under my pillow but it was a difficult sleep for how hard the bed was. We definitely asked for them on the second night as it felt as though my neck and shoulders were going to break.
Breakfast was very good; they had the usual cereals, fancy juices, baked goods, plus hot foods like eggs, bacon, hotdogs, etc. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near Malpensa the night before and the B&B Hotel's breakfast far exceeded it both in quality and variety. There's nothing around the area to walk to so factor in the cost of breakfast if you want it. The breakfast room was accessible from the interior door of our room and there was a lift and stairs so it was accessible for all.
I would stay again but they definitely need to invest in mattress toppers and extra pillows for this old lady.

Excellent structure isolated from the chaos of the city. Despite being a green oasis you are perfectly connected as the motorway entrance is literally a two minute drive away. Nearby you will find many restaurants and services for all budgets

Location is very far in the city and no public transportation, supermarket and restaurants nearby, need to use the hotel service with 25euro charge to go station . Bottle drinking water need to pay on the day next stay, hot water to make coffee is not free after breakfast. No keetle, iron, soap in the hotel dry cleaning is mentioned in the facility amenities but when we checked in, the staff said that not available. We suffer a lot on this hotel as we stayed 8nights and we dont have choice to cancel the booking as it is not refundable. Staff are not good especially the receptionist on the night duty i forgot her name, she is not helpful. I like Aleksandro and Elissa they are approachable persons.

Dear Guest, Before booking an hotel anyway in the world, it is your responsability to take informations about amenities in the hotel: Laundry service , Kettle, public transport , restaurant or any other place you would like to find nearby an hotel. Laundry service is not mentioned anywhere. Irons are available at the front desk. Taxis to get anywhere from the hotel have a cost, as everywhere. The rate you booked is not a refundable one. Policy cancellation quotes refund is not allowed if you wish to cancel. If you are not , you have flexlible rates , that you can cancel without penalties. Best regards

If your intention in this hotel is to rest and not feel any noise, you will not make it, you hear everything, soundproofing zero, the room is dirty in some corners of the bed and in the bathroom of the suite the shower tiles are glued with duct tape. You can also find a good amount of mushrooms on the side of the shower. The room we were given had no card if not, rather a key, big mistake of not giving us a card to leave and enter the hotel in the evenings where there is no reception. To highlight the breakfast service, super complete and varied, you sleep badly and listen to everything but after breakfast you will be happy. A hotel I don't think I'll repeat again but 3 out of 5 seems the ideal score.

I have travelled across the world, visiting more than a 100 countries and staying in a number of resorts, hotels, hostels and apartments. I have never witnessed standards as low as this.
This is an old, roadside “disorderly house” (for the lack of a better word) turned into a motel. As a group of 4 (my pregnant wife and her parents), we arrived after the reception closing time and collected the keys to our rooms. The room 103 on the first floor had an extremely pungent smell of urine that the cleaners attempted to cover with a ridiculous amount of Lysol. We stayed in the room for 15 minutes with windows/doors open, but we could feel the stench on our bodies and clothes for hours. The second room (105 on the first floor) was covered in mould. There was mould all over the shower and next to the bedside tables. Spending further time in either of the rooms posed a significant risk to our health. I’ve tried to get in touch with the reception via WhatsApp as well as the provided emergency number, but to no avail. I reported the issue to Booking.com customer service representative, but they were unable to get hold of the property. Given the upcoming flight in the morning, we decided to find a different accommodation nearby.
Neither the management nor the reception acknowledge the issue claiming that the rooms were clean.
I genuinely believe that this property is not suited to accept guests and requires a review from the local municipality in terms of maintaining acceptable health and hygiene standards. The management are grossly negligent and put the health of their guests at risk

Dear Oskar Our Hotel Manager was at the reception few minutes later - as we are used to do - and saw you left the keys. You walked away without giving us the possibility to change the room . There is an emergency number to call at the front desk. If you had called instead of just leaving the key , we would have changed the room for you. We have known the standard for years but the quality of the offer is getting lower every time. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired everywhere, common areas and breakfast room in particular which was lacking in basic things like jam, cleaning and replenishment.

My husband and I chose to stay at the B&B Hotel Malpensa Lago Maggiore based on my positive experiences with other B&B hotels and good reviews from other guests. Unfortunately, however, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel.
The room we were given left a lot to be desired. Both the room and the bathroom were dirty and the towels also looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly.
The sink was blocked and there were obvious signs of mold and limescale in the bathroom. As soon as we informed the front desk staff of the obstruction, we were asked to return to our room with assurances that the staff would check the problem. As soon as we returned to the room we were asked to leave the room to allow the repairs to take place. This interruption was particularly annoying, as we were tired after a long day of travel.
Another problem is the poor soundproofing of the rooms. The walls are thin and all noises from adjacent rooms and the corridor are clearly audible, and unfortunately compromised our sleep.
Overall, our stay at the Hotel BB in Malpensa was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor soundproofing of the rooms and untimely interruption due to obstruction significantly tarnished my experience. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel and I think we will avoid staying in another hotel of this chain in the future.

This stay was very disappointing for me and my family due to the following points: 1. We opened our room door to find that the door knob immediately fell off- not very safe especially with two kids!! 2. The light in our bathroom was flickering- surely this is something you fix for your guests but maybe that’s just me! 3. The lighting in the room was very dark 4. Bed and headboard was very uncomfortable 5. In the middle of nowhere so you really need to drive if you want to stay here 6. Oh and if you ask about the airport shuttle that’s stated in the description as “available 24 hours” and “25 euros” it’s a lie!! We were told that it was not available even though we saw the minivan shuttle parked and did I mention that they said it would be 50 euros instead of the 25 stated in the description of the hotel. 7. So then we had to pay an external taxi driver (that the hotel staff recommended) 40 euros for a short drive to the airport. We felt scammed!! We will not be returning to this hotel as we felt very misled and lied to. The only nice thing was the breakfast! We feel like being honest is key as this will help other guests choose their stay very wisely. If you have a car, it might be a better option for you.

As my trip is for business, the place is superb, quiet, difficult to hear traffic sound.
The welcome was very good, even I had problem with automatic check-in. The number available worked with no problem and a person (the manager) on-site, sorted it on time.
I always mention the problems but my rate is biased in how the problem is sorted: time, value for money and kindness of staff. In this case : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The room is spacious, everything working, Chromecast available already in smart TV (btw nice size 40'), bathroom with bath and shower, desk for work , seats, do not miss anything in the room.
Parking on the room back door (yes the room has 2 doors, 1 to corridor and other for access to the parking area). My room was on 1st floor.
The breakfast was good, staff very gentle and in the lounge has fridge and freezer for drink and food and coffe machine.
