The hotel was basic, but ideal as a s7top over for myself and 2 teenagers. Breakfast was free for under 15s which made it good value. Staff were approachable and keen to help. The main bed was comfortable with 2 smaller beds. The smaller beds were rather firm for larger teenagers, but as it was only one night there were...

I paid for wifi and could only connect to 1 device rather than 2 despite it saying I could connect to 2. The duvet cover came off in the middle of the night. Toilet was terrible - no lock. Food was rushed, undercooked, expensive and overall not nice. We were kept waiting a long time.

Convenient small room, but what we needed as having a dog with us. Still very clean, yet and well kept and staff very friendly and helpful. Many car park spaces available despite being a small hotel in London.

The 1st room we were put in stank of smoke. The 2nd room we were moved to, the TV would not turn off so we had to go to bed with the TV illuminating the room. We wanted to phone reception to report the TV but no telephone in room to call reception. We were already dressed for bed, and...

Firstly, the room was value-for-money however the general upkeep of the hotel was average at best (corridors stairwell etc). The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and tidy but the hotel in general gives the impression of a contractors midweek hotel. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful although paying for car parking at £4 per night...

Mix of some good and much bad. Room: Noisy as effectively on a roundabout into Elstrie and Borehamwood and windows afford no protection from the full view of passing motorists, clean, very small shower room. Hotel: staff tried to charge for extra coffee, no free parking (£4/day), small car park where even if you have an advance ticket it is...

A nice stay, nothing extra luxurious but just good for a weekend away. It's quite a long walk from the train station though when wanting to go into London. I would recommend getting a taxi. The staff were good and the price of the hotel was good.

The carpets were sticky, and covered in hair. I asked for the room to be hoovered again and they were still sticky, and had visible crumbs down the side of the bed and the wall. there were fingernail clippings on the headboard of the bed. Mould on Windows. Rowdy guests. The restaurant high chair trays were still covered in food...
