At £39 per night this is one of the cheapest hotels I have stayed in and is certainly less expensive than other slightly nicer Travelodge hotels. It is cheap and cheerful and is a 'no frills' hotel but perfectly adequate. The staff were really nice and friendly and, in Reception, there was a bowl of extra tea bags and milks...

reasonable cost for an overnight stay, beds were comfy. However the internet deal is misleading I paid for 24hrs access but didn't read the small print - only 2 devices are allowed! Had to pay again to connect with the laptop - a little unfair I thought

Every thing very good- Except for the system of guests returning late-when the front doors are locked- There used to be a fob system to let one in- Now you have to ring -If the porter is late in opening the doors- These late guests tend to bang on the door-VERY HARD- Hence anyone in the rooms near the door...

A great place to stay just outside of London. We stayed here as we wanted a day in London on the Thursday and Harry Potter studios on the Friday. This hotel is between the two. 25 minute walk to Elstree & Borehamwood station, with trains into London. HP world is also only a 30 minute drive away. Room was a...

Decent hotel... in a very quiet location, with free parking. A 10 minute walk takes you into town which has many restaurants and pubs. The hotel is quiet, very well run and convenient location for motorways and London.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night, upon arrival we were greeted by staff and checked in, staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms are basic but all we needed was a bed to sleep in and a bath & toilet so it fitted the bill just fine, there is a Toby carvery next door that you can...

Having a boys road trip with our autistic son we decided to try here as a Premier Inn were all full. After visiting here its is obvious why they were full and Travelodge had rooms. Despite arriving after 4.00pm we were given keys to a dirty room, the temperature was far too hot (remained so despite asking for it to...

The room was cold with only an electric heater to warm as the radiator wasn't working, so the room went from cold to volcano hot. The service consisted of someone asking my name and postcode, handing me a key and pointing. I know Travelodge is a budget hotel and it was cheap, but this was poor even by their standards

In comparison to other recent stays at a Travelodge this one is a little shabby. The actual rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean but the hallways leading to them require a lot of work. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want dinner there is a Toby carvery next door. BOOK ahead or wait ages. It is...
