Having stayed here last year for a business trip (Roughly the same period) my expectations were high after my positive experience the first time round. Again, the hotel did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and welcoming, my room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location was ideal for my trip.

Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the month for a business stopover before travelling into London. After a long drive down from Liverpool, received a friendly welcome on arrival at reception and staff were really helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Speedy checkout and great value for money. Would have no hesitation in using again...

When I think of motorway services hotels I think of pokey bedrooms, awful showers and rubbish food... HOWEVER.... The staff were very friendly and happy to help, the room was massive for a single with what can only be described as a king king king king king size bed that was wonderfully comfortable. the shower was great, but only had...

Unusual location in that it's in a motorway service area in between the M1 and the mainline railway, so you do get some noise. Rooms are fine, spacious with good sized beds (I had an exec room). Breakfast was pretty good every day and staff were fine. Hotel attracts a diverse range of clients. Noticed a distinct herbal odour on...
