This hotel is in a good location but like many local buildings, it was built decades ago but well kept. We booked an ocean view room and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The front desk lady was nice and tried her best to help me when I asked for something. We ate lunch on the restaurant and the onion soup was delightfully delicious. Macaroni and cheese tasted terrible and the pasta was okay. The waitress was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and garden.
The room was small and I can’t say it’s clean because grouts are black and caulking in the shower was showing mildew. The upper part of the shower curtain had mildew stains. I don’t like the towel bar is so closed to the wall that the towel inevitably touched the wall. There was no hooks or little place to put clothes in the bathroom- it is very small. The floors are clean but dirty at the corners of doors or closets. There are tiny bugs crawling on the wash towel we put on the vanity top and new bugs kept flying in that area. So you have to look at dots of those bugs each time you use the sink. And yes, there are no hooks to hang the wash towel so we put it there. As other reviews stated, loud music outside until late at night but we could all fall asleep. Very safe to walk around. Not sure if we would book again.

The pool had a very nice waterfall with a bar next to it. There was even a garden with pergola and sun lounges with a view of the ocean.

Stayed in Paraguera to do the biobay tour. There are not too many options, and mostly budget hotels. I would say this is 2.5 star hotel. The location is central and you can walk to everything in Paraguera as well as the area where the tours leave from. The view from the hotel is nice of the bay and mangroves.
Service was ok. Restaurant was closed.
Rooms were old and the pool looked like it needs renovation.
If you get a cheap rate it's ok for a night.

We stayed in Puerto Rico for over a week staying a couple of days in the west , north and south. After coming from the beautiful and huge Hyatt in the North of the Island we were excited to see the "quaint little hotel down in the Parguera. We got there after a long drive and they wouldn't let us check in until 4:00pm. They did however let us use their facilities. At 4 we had to carry our luggage up some stairs into a very narrow hallway that looked like an old dorm. The room was straight up ugly with the most disgusting rug I have ever seen! We had asked for a queen bed and got a full size bed with a twin bed next to it. The room was small, rundown and it smelled like old mold. Needless to say we were out of there that same day and found another hotel where the rooms looked exactly like their pictures! I have to say that they did refund us for the days that we had paid to stay there! This hotel has potential because of it's location but the rooms need major remodeling!!

My wife and I are currently staying here and are disappointed with the hotel. Thou the view is breath taking and the location is ideal the room is cramped, the AC makes a strange noice, no one helps bring up your bags to a non elevator second floor room and the wifi is NOT reliable. In the room theirs no phone to call down to the front desk. When you call from your cellphone no one answers. So we went down to ask them to reset the network and the supervisor on duty told us she was unable to. She said the person with access to the router/network only works from Monday to Friday. So on their busiest days which are the weekends, they have nobody. That has no logic what so ever. So if you need a place with reliable wifi to do work or studies from, THIS IS NOT IT!

I love the location the rooms we stayed in were very clean and beautiful. In observation the rooms have no, not a big thing but why? There is no small fridge which they can put in, the restaurant and the pool bar are not open only from Thur-Sunday. Losing revenue for those other days. There is also which would be good to have a coffee station in the lobby since that is also not provided. The staff is wonderful and friendly overall our stay was nice and calming.

Rooms are out dated for the price. You are provided a physical key for your room. After all documentation was provided testing negative for Covid which you must be provided my check in process took over 30 min and they had me waiting outside of the facility without letting me inside. Room service did not clean my room or dropped off additional towels on a 3 night stay. They also sanitize all of your luggage prior entering your room. Precautions are great but poor management of my overall experience as a consumer was horrible.

Horrible experience, check in experience was a disaster. Ladies at the front are very rude, bad customer service overall. Room is deceiving and they charge non PR residents way more FYI. Ask a resident to book for you if you are visiting family!!!

On my stay in February 2023 We got a room way in the back and we didn’t like it too much because the AC was very loud. My husband couldn’t sleep that night ,so he went to the staff the next morning to complain about it. The staff sent somebody to fix it, but he couldn’t. So the same morning they move us to room 204, which make us very happy. I want to thank the staff for being kind and very nice to us.love this hotel.

Stunned this place averages 8.4 stars on hotels.com and 4 stars on trip advisor. Perhaps for the money that is fair, but this is a cheap, run down motel by the water. Walls are paper thin so you better hope you've got silent neighbors. Mosquitos in the room biting all night - must come in via the a/c? Oceanside means mildew smell and powerful perfume to try to cover it up. Everything about the place is super cheap, old and run down. If you are here to be the last to bed and love music until 2 am, and are on a tight budget, this could work. If you cab afford better, do.
Staff were accommodating helping us find a quieter room.
