Our room was very clean; the view out over Lake Nipissing was amazing and the food in the on site restaurant was fantastic. Our host Marina couldn't do enough for us and her assistant Ashley was also amazing. We will return as often as possible.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed here. We love the friendliness and hospitality we have always received from Marina. The Vista..the restaurant on site is always delicious and Joel is always pleasant. The room is extremely large and clean and the view of the lake is always breathtakingly. Looking forward to our next visit again

We celebrated our honeymoon here five years ago when it was under different management. We decided that we would visit again to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day getaway. We are glad we did. You cannot get a room anywhere for $125 that has a jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was a really nice room. Not only that, but for $35 a person, you could choose any entree off the menu with soup or salad and then breakfast was free the next morning! The food, by the way, was fantastic! We will be visiting again! This is a vacationer’s dream.

I had stayed here about ten years ago and been very impressed with the service, cleanliness and overall feel. I understand there is new ownership and I'm not certain if they are in the process of renovating or upgrading but my experience was less than ideal. Pros: great views; large room; clean, comfortable mattress in main bedroom; nice linens Cons: I was in a second floor room (it is a motel style where you access your room directly from outside) and I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs with no offer of help from staff; the room had clearly been recently renovated but there were many items unfinished or poorly done (unfilled holes in floors where wiring had been run, obvious patching on walls, wrinkled wallpaper, broken blinds, wall mounted TV was both crooked…

My husband and I met some friends for dinner at the Terrace Suites Restaurant. Each one of us ordered something different and we were all extremely happy with our meals. The steak I ordered was cooked exactly how I like it. We ordered desserts afterwards and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was friendly and cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Nipissing. We will definitely go back.

Warm room with a nice bed, the fire place was a great heat source at night,the draw back was small shower and older tile decor.great view from the second floor.the restaurant was good but no liquor license yet,food was good and priced fair to high. The cleaning staff or person never made it to our room to make up the bed or clean but the room was clean when we arrived. I hope they can survive.

One night stay. Nice sized rooms, although the bathroom was quite small and the shower (no bath) was the tiniest I have ever experienced. Microwave & fridge, which was nice. There was a very nice jacuzzi in the living room, but it had a sign saying we weren't allowed to use it. There was also a dirty used dental floss pick n plain sight on the coffee table. Not a huge deal, but was really gross to see upon arrival. While this newly refurbished property has nice views and much promise, we experienced several other disappointments. The room had no heat turned on when we arrived - thermostat read below 10 C. Took about two hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The main office was closed on arrival and departure. We waited around for at least 5 minutes for someone to show…

clean, new, quiet. the staff were really friendly. we went in the off season and there weren't many people around but we were really impressed by the size of the rooms and the living space which was perfect for two adults and two kids. the website photos don't do it justice!!! please put some better ones up. I will definitely stay here again and would love to plan a trip in the summer. thanks

Stayed here twice now for family functions. Love the huge rooms - versatile if you want have company over. Some rooms have Murphy beds, fireplaces, a wet bar/kitchenette. Very comfy beds and pillows. Above average continental breakfast with fresh selections. Gorgeous view over Callander Bay / Lake Nippssing. Overall, great value for the money.
