We stayed one night for our wedding anniversary in a suite. The views and the very spacious room, jacuzzi included, are lovely. The staff in the reception was very kind. We have to remark the attention received in the restaurant, which was very warm, especially by the "show cooker". The quality of the food (different types of fish and meats)...

Do not come to this spa! Its not worth the money u pay! There was poop inside the pool a cigaret filter! Just horrible not all the pumps were functioning , very dirty there is nobody to assist you when needed! Just very bad experience! There are many online promotions but the money is not worth spending for this spa!

Hotel was excellent. Staff was great. Was there for business but my family accompanied me. Stayed in the loft. Very nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Only suggestion I have is to have the fitness center open earlier for us early birds.

The staff very friendly (okay a lot of them did not speak English, but then again I do not speak Spanish) the language barrier was mostly overcome. The room was clean and presentable with all the facilities required. There was a fridge, TV, and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was very clean (one of my pet hates is a...

This is not a 5* hotel, maybe by some touristy package company rating but not in real life. However, the rooms are OK, finish isn't great but its not bad. As you would expect from a 4* hotel. It has the typical Spanish tourist style lobby, lots of grandeur but no substance. Its there to impress. The staff are...well there...

everything was perfect, especially meals, just for information- the closest gate to beach was closed- you should make a walk to the main entrance, no kids activity at all- I would not mind small mini-disco for my 5 years. The dinner was served three times a week outdoors- much more better than inside!!!! and in august- 99% present russians.
