I stayed here in September 2011 in one of the new rooms in the Annex, which is much nicer than "Annex" suggests. The room was large, spacious, very clean, and elegantly decorated. (There were plenty of power outlets around the bed for people with smartphones to charge during the night.) Taking into account the room rate and the target demographic...

Grenoble is hardly worth visiting except for business or winter sport purposes, but if you go, this hotel is an excellent suburban option. I found it quiet, my superior room more than adequate with everything a guests could expect, including a good range of TV stations, and lovely grounds + an adequate pool. What will remain in my mind, however,...

Nearly everything here is good but the bathroom really let them down. We stayed 4 nights in Room 16. It was on the ground floor of the annex but had great views over the pool and grounds. The room itself was fine - I get the rural, rustic charm - even down to the stained chairs with frayed upholstery. It...

Arrived on hot afternoon. Excellent welcome service, room air conditioned and adequate for one night stay. Restaurant on terrace was relaxed and casual although it would appear one is expected to start with a glass of champagne. However the meal was outstanding. The chef is an artiste and every dish was exquisitely presented. Not to be missed.

We found this place in the "Guide de Charme" and expected a nice and relaxing hotel in an old castel. However, what we got was a poorly renovated hotel with no charm at all, musty rooms and a VERY POOR breakfast (which was not even included in the room rate...). The only positive thing was the dinner at the hotel...

I'm pretty surprised by this opinion because the client had asked one of our new rooms, which are in the spirit of "contemporary charm". Without doubt he would have preferred an older style room with wood ... breakfast buffet is served on a 7 m long, with, besides the usual things (bread, butter, croissants, ..) brioche, yoghourt, various cheese, various...

The Chateau is in a lovely location. We swam in the pool and lazed in the garden looking at the snow capped mountains and the stars. We didn't eat in the restuarant as it is very expensive and has nothing vegetarian but breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for four days and it was a pleasure. Breakfast is very good, beds are comfortable, it is quite, it is generally pleasing.

I stayed there as a guest of my partner who was on business and found the whole experience first class. All staff at the hotel are welcoming and ever ready to please. The room I had was large and clean and the bathroom was gigantic. Can't wait to go back on the 23rd of March 2010 for another week.

booked online for a twin room, as doubles in france can be a little 'cozy' and arrived late after driving for seven hours to be given a room that in my opinion, was awful. Too many things to list but to cut a long story short, after complaining, we were moved to a brand new room in the 'spa' area,...

I spent there 2 weeks for a professional trip and it has really not met my expectations. I have got to stay there as unfortunately, most of the 3* hotels were full at that period. Global experience was rather unsatisfactory. If indeed this hotel is from an outside point of view beautifull (nice little garden, castel, stylish dining room), it...

Actually, we have had a bug problem at the time, but this is not a problem of cleanliness of the hotel. The bed bugs are brought by passengers, and they only come out by night. It is just impossible for the staff to find them except by the unfortunate experience of a client. It was the first time we had...
