We stayed here for two nights recently. Its a lovely property on the new, redesigned square ofthe village. There is nothing else in the village apart from a wine shop which sells local wine and is used as the early evening drinking spot for locals. But they offer few beers or inexpensive wines by the glass, so you couldnt call... More

We love white Burgundies, so understandably we were excited about our trip here along with 20 other food & wine lovers. Our room on the third level had a view of the large open area to the north of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean, however we had a small bathroom with only a... More

We suspect it must be our fourth or fifth stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is to die for, the restaurant is fabulous, the rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. We brought friends this time confident that they would be impressed (they are not easily impressed) and they were bowled over! So you can book this hotel and... More

Have been staying here every year for the past 12 years. Perfect setting over-looking the square. Food more than excellent. The wines speak for themselves. Attentive restaurant staff. Great stay for dogs! Rooms and all hotel areas spotlessly clean.

Lunch for four on Saturday 17th May. Aperitif chilled to perfection, delicious hors, lovely amuse bouche, slightly off warm, incredibly smooth Santenay pinot noir, magnificent pouligny montrachet chilled to perfection and always returned to the chiller, food exquisite, service brilliant (including the learners). I wasn't paying so don't know the cost, other than the food at an incredibly low 32... More

We have been coming to this hotel regularly since 1992. This particular visit was superb - the chef excelled with the food and the wines provided by the sommeliers with each course were excellent. We travel extensively and the fact that we keep coming back to this hotel speaks for itself.

The 1st thing that impresses you about this country retreat is the very warm and helpful greeting you get when you arrive We had a junior suite in the "annex" accross the square and the room was massive with a garden terrace, We had dinner in the 1 star restaurant and could not fault the meal - we shared Bresse... The location in the heart of the wine region is truly idyllic - had a wonderful lunch on a sunny terrace before a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The rooms in annex are on the small size - not sure about the main hotel, but all in all a very nice place to stay in a very picturesque region.... More

This Hotel is for some reason highly rated in many guide-books. This was our greatest disappointment in many years. And it is quite expensive. We stayed there April 4, 2014, in a deluxe room (what they call Grand Cru, after the wine). There is almost no insulation between floors!!! We went to bed at 11 PM, and were awaked by... More

Visited restaurant one night only and worthy of 1 michelin star. Wine bar fridge for pre dinner drinks showed 9degrees for the white section and yet the wine was warm and at least14degrees. I can only surmise they were trying to cool an overheating . Very unprofessional to serve warm white burgandy!
