Excellent service, they even offered our driver a cottage at a fair rate. Warm welcome and lovely setting. I can recommend this location for nature lovers and those looking for a relaxing get a way. There's a deck with a beautiful view.

If you are looking for a place to stay on Lake bunyonyi this is the place to go. It was very easy to book through emails with the owner. On arrival it was a short boat ride across from Birdsnest Hotel. we were greeted by the staff at the boat dock and met Mercy who was the most lovely lady.... More

Spent three nights at this beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Bunyonyi. The Panorama is aptly named and all our meals were complemented by the gorgeous view. Mercy is an amazing cook and I left every table stuffed to the gills and pleasantly drowsy. Evening fires in the fireplace were wonderful. The hotel has easy access to Rutindo across the water and... This is a little gem of a place, hardly visible from the shore yet just five minutes away in a boat; it is spacious and has stunning views. Ok, the rooms and certainly the main living/ eating area could do with a revamp, but if what you are looking for is a beautiful, quiet stay with excellent friendly service then... More

We spent 2 nights at Jajama and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The great service from Mercy was a real highlight. We really loved the log fire in the evening and the views were stunning. We appreciated the flexibility of Mercy and the staff, as the shower in our accommodation wasn't working when we arrived so we were moved to an... More

I spent a lovely week at Jajama Panorama being spoiled by Mercy's great cooking and her thoughtful attention to my comfort. The views from the guest house gardens are wonderful and the rooms are comfortable, though perhaps ready for a little renovation soon. The hot water isn't a problem once you understand the system and allow time for it to... More

We visited in April and had a great time. The staff is very helpful and the food was great. The views are amazing and plenty of places for hiking starting from the hotel. Also you can easily rent canoes from the local owners to take some day trips to the other islands for a reasonable price. The only negative problem... More

We visited Jajama just earlier this week to get out of Kigali for a bit. There was a motorboat to pick us up from the shore and take us to the other side of the lake, no problem. We booked a king size luxury cabin for $50 USD per night, including breakfast. However, it wasn't really that luxurious. The bed... More

There are several choices of resort in mainland side, andt this hotel is located in the island. But there is no inconvenience of transportation as they can arrange motorboat whenever we need it. I enjoyed trekking / canoeing / swimming & reading book at the lake side. Their hospitality is amazing, and I really could enjoy 2days stay.
