Quiet hotel but within easy walking distance of the lovely harbour at Es Castell, where you'll find a range of restaurants and a few bars. If you're after a peaceful location but with plenty to do on your doorstep then this is a perfect choice. Mahon is a short taxi (or bus) ride away and Es Castell is a great...

Spent a couple of days end of August.... lovely hotel, quiet, comfortable rooms, great pool, very nice breakfast (food and atmosphere), attentive and friendly staff... Very close to Es Castell (beautiful little port, lots of restaurants and shops) and to Mahon. Totally recommendable!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and loved every minute of our stay. About half a mile from Es Castell large car park and stunning views of Mahon and the surrounding countryside. The hotel, rooms and grounds are spotlessly clean, all the staff go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as...

Stayed for 2 nights, we had a suite and our daughter and partner had a room in the main hotel. Rural hotel with horses, a donkey, peacocks and a cockerel in the adjoining field! Beautifully decorated, made to feel welcome from the start. All staff very accommodating and on our arrival day supplied us with bread, cheese and wine for...

Had a last minute holiday here and although not inexpensive it was worth every euro. All rooms are individually styled and appointed. As it was July breakfast (quoted as from 9am until "when you feel like it") and dinner (anytime and on demand from 9pm until 1am) could be eaten outdoors on the patio. Staff are multilingual and very helpful....

The hotel is very impressive and Caroline could not have been more helpful. Our room was nice but would recommend one with balcony. Dinner was of a very high standard but breakfast was repetitive especially if you are staying for more than 3 days. The pool was always clean but the outside furniture is in desperate need of varnishing so...

We stayed in a suite here for a week with 2 children (5&6). A perfect balance of friendly but not intrusive. The food is of a very high standard and all the staff are exceptionally pleasant and great with children. We often had the pool to ourselves and anything could be booked and arranged for you. Very relaxing and certainly...

Having booked a hotel online that was horrid when we got there, we managed to secure the last room in Son Granot. Carolina, the owner, made us feel welcome and relaxed from the outset. The room was small but the hotel terrace has a great view and the pool area was very pretty and well kept. All the recommendations such...

We stayed in the week between August 14 and 21, 2012: our family is made up with three kids of 3, 8 and 11, my wife and myself. The hotel, its architecture, its owner and its personnel are charming. Moreover, the hotel is clean and quality of the food is good and genuine (though not exceptional, as we would expect,...

On the plus side, beautiful views and location. Caroline was also very charming. Unfortunately, and these are the areas you actually earn your spurs, the food over priced and half the menu was unavailable. Some of the starters were beautiful but €18 for some anchovies is beyond steep. Shrimp salad with truffles and fois gras was stunning. No fruit juices...
