We used all inclusive in the past (about ten years ago) and at that time decided it was worth the cost, and it included food and drinks. It could only be used if you were a hotel guest and not applicable to the time share. There was a list of beer, wine, and liquor that was included. The best advice I can give is to call them directly and talk to them and see if it is still an option. They will answer all your questions and should be able to provide the lists of what is included and what is not. Things have changed so much since then. There is a new food market now across the street and meat can be ordered in the hotel at the marketplace.
