I went with my partner and spent an unforgettable week the hotel is located between mazunte and San Agustinillo which makes it perfect to go to either beach, more rooms are super comfortable with air conditioning and a super view of the sea, the pool is dreamy and everything is very well taken care of. The staff was very good always are aware of what you need In the area was the hotel I liked the most and that q we stayed in several.

I fell in love with Casa Qi and THE VIEWS! beautiful, very comfortable rooms, great facilities, friendly staff and again, the views are unbeatable. Very relaxing and romantic. Highly recommend staying there if you're in the Mazunte / San Agustinillo area.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms with very good cleaning. The environment is beautiful and it has a beautiful view. The pool is great to end the day and stay reading or have a drink. Omar the owner is very nice as well as all the staff. You can walk without problem to both the beaches of San Agustinillo and Mazunte. The environment is very safe to even be alone. Yes, it is true that the hotel is located on a hill and perhaps if you are a person with difficulty or are very loaded and want to walk up it may be complicated, but if not, it is done without a problem. They organize trips to see whales and dolphins, which are also very important. I would return without hesitation.

We sure did enjoy our stay here. Omar is a great host and provided great suggestions and arrangements. We loved our room and sure did appreciate the honor system with drinks and snacks. The pool and lounging area was great. There is a little bit of a hike up to the room, but it isn't too bad. The only things that we weren't pleased with was the 80 pesos charge for coffee for each cup in the morning and the woman who served it was so short and angry all the time. If you ask for sweetener, she will only give you one package. I wish they had coffee makers in the room. I think it was the same woman who cleaned the room and I didn't like it how she moved all of my stuff every day. My makeup, clothes and everything else was moved or put in drawers or just generally relocated. Nothing was missing, but it was odd to me. Still loved it!

A beautiful spot with super comfy beds, and never once in the week I stayed was I woken up by barking dogs or roosters, which is always a bit of a risk in small town Mexico. Omar was a friendly and helpful host. I look forward to coming back!

This place is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. The staff are super nice and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view is great. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Omar is quick to help with anything you need, whether it's recomendations on where to go or helping find a taxi. It's also quiet as it's up the hill from town, it is a somewhat steep hill to walk up, but worth it. Food and coffee are good, super convenient drink fridge by the pool and easy access to both Mazunte and San Agustinillo. Overall a great place with an amazing vibe. We will be back!

Me and my girlfriend were travelling across Mexico and had 4 nights here. Omar was a brilliant host, who offered sound advice and support from the moment we booked, from how to get the cheapest taxis from the airport to the best food Mazunte had to offer.
The property and room were immaculate and the pool was perfect. Beautiful views while being only 5-10 minute walk to town.
Highly recommended!

Had a great time at Casa Qi, it's an intimate spot with a breath-taking view of the ocean first thing in the morning (spotted whales a few times in just 5 days!). The staff is super nice and Omar was great at giving prompt recommendations when needed. I will definitely be back!

I am not happy with my stay. the place is beautiful, but the rest is less! in the room only 'no' rules! I stayed there for 5 nights. after 2 nights I put the bath towels on the floor for them to be changed. surprise they put those dirty linens folded back in the bathroom! one day the bed sheets were stained (blood), I asked to change them, no change was made! the soap in the sink is very liquid! he has more water than soap. no shampoo products! no towels on the floor so as not to slip. impossible to put some clothes to dry on the balcony. they are directly returned to the room! no indication of visit and suggestions in the room. the owner is cold and not very friendly. lack of toilet paper .. we must ask for 2 x. the shower runs very slowly and no hot water. There are not even bottles of water available in the room (as is done everywhere in Mexico!). in short, beautiful place, for the rest very disappointed! I return to Mazunte at the end of the year, but especially not in this unwelcoming hotel and with a service not worthy of its ambitions!

We spent one week at Omar’s hotel, and we loved every single day of it. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view is astounding. It was a dream to wake up every morning in front of the sun. It felt like a tiny paradise. We were woken up by the sounds of birds and the light of the sun. It is true that the hotel is uphill, the climb to the hotel is a bit tough when the sun is blazing but the view when you get there is so rewarding and the pool allows you to unwind. Omar was so attentive and responsive. He gave us a lot of advice about restaurants, places to visit, where to stay at the beach. We felt in good hands. Thank you Omar for this wonderful stay!
