We stayed in this lovely one bedroom apartment for three nights. It was tucked away down a lane in a central location in La Calera, had a terrace and mountain views, was well appointed with Smeg fridge, toaster and kettle, quality fittings throughout and well equipped. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was lovely, a real sun trap and...

After walking through a narrow lane way lined with plant pots and doorways we found a charmingly decorated apartment with a well designed kitchen and great shower. Outside a wooden bridge led to a private terrace with an outdoor shower looking up at the mountains to the rising sun. A wonderful base for hiking the varied landscape and swimming in...

Fantastic apartments close to town and beaches but quiet and peaceful. We had the ground floor apartment with hammocks on the verandah and had a brilliant week. Very comfortable beds and pillows, a good kitchen with Smeg appliances, plenty of room to move around and great private outdoor sitting area with a sun shade if needed. Gloria and Javier were...

Caserio de la Playa is a well situated and appointed house in the centre of the most westerly village of Valle Gran Rey. There are four one bedroom apartments attractively decorated and equiped to a high standard (wifi, satalite TV, coffee maker etc.) without being extravagantly equipped. Our beds were very comfortable. Caserio de la Playa is reached down a...

This place is absolute fantastic! The apartment was clean, light and there was absolute everything we needed as a couple. We stayed 5 nights, but would have loved to stay longer. During the day we went on hikes in the mountains with the help from our rental car. Came back in the afternoon for a cold beer on the local...

Close to the beach still so quiet and with a stunnig view on the mountains. A nice patio is in the garden for all guests. Very good service and well kept apartment with free wifi. The entrance, way in to the living is really nice, narrow and full of flowers. Friendly and serviceminded owners Liisa&Anders Norestig Sweden

Our experience at Caserío de la Playa was really great. The apartment was super clean, very comfortable and stylish, a great place to come back to after exploring the island. The welcome by Antje was super friendly and efficient. The place has good views on the mountains and is at short waking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. And...

The 4 apartments are located in a quiet position a few meters from a supermarket and restaurants but pleasingly, in the case of our apartment (La Guera), overlooking farm land, with hens scratching around, and mountains in the background. The apartments have only been in use for about 1 year and, as would be expected, everything is clean, new and...

“ground floor = good shade, lots of space, but no air con, top floor = smaller and less shade but has aircon”

“There are 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 on the first. We occupied La Guera, a first floor apartment which seems to have the best views. All apartments appeared to be of the same basic design with the ground floor apartments having more external space but less privacy.”
