The Prince Hotel is comfortable and the best ski in/ski out we have ever had. Staff were very polite and helpful but limited English. Breakfast at the hotel was good but not much variety unless you wanted to be adventurous with asian options. If travelling with more than 4 people, remember to book restaurants in advance as they are small...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 7 nights in feb. Rooms are small but that's what you expect in Japan compared to western countries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Great relaxing place to come back to after a day skiing. The lockers are located right near the ski out area...

I want to start off by saying that this hotel has some real charm to it. Almost like the grand Budapest hotel feeling to it. It really sets the mood and we loved that. I want to state that you have ski rentals inside of the hotel along with Storage. We got a package deal for 2 nights and 1...

There is 2 building, 1 with lift, another without. So, make sure to ask before booking ad you will need to climb a few staircase and it is inconvenience for oldest. The staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities such as tennis court and a public bathroom where you can soak yourself in a hot water. Room is spacious for 2...

This summer I traveled w my friends to Hokkaido rather last min. Hotels were quite full so we booked Furano Prince. I have stayed in other Prince hotel before. I have some good expectations before arrive but was quite disappointed... Overall hotel is quite old... There's no elevator to the room floor. Though the staff were nice to help deliver...

For the price we pay in comparison with those of Tokyo and Sapporo this is consider overpriced. The room is very small and eventhough I have stated a double queen bed they still gave me twin size (on my honeymoon) so my husband and I ended up sleeping apart. Bathroom is very small, no way 2 person can fit into...

A relaxing place to stay despite a small room was given unexpectedly. They stated it was peak season with lots of bookings. It seems the hotel was once a modern European style building ?built in the 50's and to have been trying hard to maintain to its acceptable standard. There is a shuttle bus service for free travelling to and...

This is literally one of the worst hotels that I have ever been, for the price I paid (US$250 per night). The room is super old, when I sat on the bed it sank. I bet the beds have been used for many, many years. Bathroom is tiny, as tiny as an aeroplane bathroom (no joke!). Everything is so old...

The hotel is quite okay, service was attentive enough, and not much to do for the area, but if you willing to spend more, you can try better hotel at the New Furano Prince hotel. What we dislike from this hotel is the tiny bathroom, compare to it's spacious bedroom.

Old building, small room yet expensive for a night's stay. Room walls are quite thin. Some kid was wailing next door and banging the wall, can feel the whole floor shake . Hotel is located on top of a small hill and some distance to the town area . Better to have a car . Hotel staff are helpful. The...

“Ask for a corner room if possible. You get a window which wraps around the corner which lets in a lot of light (not that it's dark without it). And try to get one facing the mountain, you get a view of the woods and it's magical when it's snowing.”
