large well situated hotel on the slopes. Rooms are comfortable and clean with an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel restaurants are good but expensive and it is 5 kms to downtown excellent choices ( a free shuttle bus gets you down there but not back late). The onsen is quite small for the size of the hotel and on weekends...

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we're very happy with our stay. From the rooms to the amenities and the staff everything came together to make for a very enjoyable stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly which is not uncommon for the Japanese people, English is very limited however.. so brush up or learn...

Coming in winter for the snow is great. Ski in and out. However the rooms are dated. Bathrooms are small and dark. Stuck in the hotel without transport out, the options for restaurants are limited and pricey. Onsen is good but at cost. Nearby Ningle Terrace is a pleasant surprise. Breakfast standard fare. Buffet dinner mediocre.

Great Base for a week of skiing. Twin/double rooms reasonably spacious and comfortable. Family suites very nice with large communal area and semi circular couch. Nice onsen, good ski hire and ski in out arrangement. Breakfast buffet also great variety of food. Store in the hotel also has a good range of food and drink at reasonable prices.

This is our second year at New Furano Prince. Best thing about it is access to the best Furano skiing and first Powder tracks. It is the only hotel on the Ropeway side and lifts open at 08:30 so you get an hour of awesome first tracks before the Kitanomine crowd can get across. It is a very long walk...

Ski-in Ski-out hotel at good location. Rooms are clean and tidy and staffs are polite and helpful. Onsen admission is not included in room rates that is new to us, and the onsens are not big comparing to couple of other Prince Hotels we have stayed in. The buffet dinner is almost the same every night and food is a...

Our family stayed here for 7 nights. Fabulous ski in, ski out. Friendly, efficient, clean, excellent food and onsens. The views from every room are amazing. Free shuttle bus to and from the village. Simply the best place to go for a ski holiday.

We were greeted by very professional and super friendly staff without any period of delay, despite is being a very busy Sunday afternoon in mid January 2017. The location of the hotel is not of concern if you familiarise yourself with the timetable for the shuttle bus or the Lavender Bus to take you into Furano itself (less than 20...

Our 2nd visit to Furano with our last visit in Jan 2015. This time round we were 2 adults & 1 child. We stayed in Room 1150 for the entire 14 nights. OMG the room was stunning . It's got to be one of the best rooms in the hotel, we think so anyway. Large bedroom with two double beds....

Stayed here so that we could visit Ningle Terrace, kan kan village and ski. The accommodation was average but the hotel has many facilities. The Ningle Terrace is good for photo taking but the kan kan village is not worth visiting(no attractions). The ski facilities are good and newer than those in Kiroro. The people are also more friendly and...
