Travelled Europe 3 yrs consecutively for a month and this is the best ever place we stayed Location, set up and hospitality of brothers Pedro Ascensio Arguedas n Jesus, the owner, is beyond expectation, even if he don't speak a word of English Dream set up. Wished we had stayed longer. Will make a must stop for any friends and families Five star rating is not enough for this lovely place
Situated a short drive or 20-minute walk back into town. We were only passing through but the restaurants and bars looked a little limited on our approach. We ate at the number 2 restaurant as listed by TripAdvisor – the atmosphere was good but the food only just satisfactory. The Casa did not offer a food option as we would probably have stayed there rather than go back into town to eat. The Casa has a lovely position looking up at the castle and hosts wedding events in the grounds under a marquee. I suspect that these functions are their main focus. The rooms are very “classic Spanish” with heavy dark furniture and brass taps and shower heads. All was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is simple but nicely served in their restaurant area in the basement of the main house. Wifi was a bit troublesome.…
We stayed here for one night while on our motorcycle tour of Spain. We couldn't have picked a more unusual hotel, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Not much in the way of English spoken and our Spanish is not up to much but we got by. The hotel was clean and it was the most comfortable bed we stayed in all trip, just outside of Molina but easy to find, a very short walk into town. We would stay there again if we were in that area.
We stayed for one night on 18th May during our drive through Spain. We paid 55 euros inc tax and found this excellent value for money. The hotel was a little difficult to find but is in a beautiful setting just outside the village (a short walk away). Our room was very good and clean. The owner and his staff were friendly and looked after us very well. We are happy to recommend this hotel and will stay again.
I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at El Molina del Batan with my sister and a friend. It was beautiful, maintained with pride and very comfortable. The location, a few kilometers outside of Molina de Aragon, was breathtakingly lovely but a little inconvenient because we were on bicycles and arrived too late to ride back into town for dinner. This turned out not to be a problem because the proprietor offered to drive us into town and pick us up again after we had eaten, a kindness which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the decor and the lovingly restored buildings and the peacocks and the park-like gardens. Pity we couldn't stay longer.
