Location and amenities were not what I expected. Could not use the tiny swimming pool (it is not like the picture), as it was roped off. Furthermore, the pool was located across the road from the hotel, next to the parking lot. Not very pleasant. The immediate neighbourhood was a rather run-down, (sub)urban area with traffic, plenty of litter, barking... More

We ordered 2 suits. Poor conditions! WE ARE ON A NOISY ROAD. Tiny swimmingpool. NO VIEW. No coffee in room. Hotel pictures are MISLEADING. Far (2.5 h) from Catemia airport so you cannot make it to morning flight. WE ARE LEAVING 2 PAID NIGHTS EARLIER NO REFUND. Absolute disappointment.

The hotel staff was extra friendly and extremely helpful. When we arrived, I double parked the van, the hotel management met me with porters that carried all our luggage into the rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant was amazing. The spa was the highlight of our stay, clean pool, friendly staff, great massage therapists. I wish we... More

We arrived to a great welcome and drink, managers & hosting team were exceptional on reception particularly Pablo (Italian) & Jo (Londoner ;- ) We were recommended the package with all meals included, which was an excellent choice. Menu choices of standard or a la Carte, cuisine exceptional, wine is local and good too, take their recommendations, we were inclusive... More

If you want pretence, exuberance and fine dining this is not the place for you. But if you want value for money in a friendly environment book it now. We stayed a week, perfect, we spent the mornings do culture and heritage, the afternoons by the pool or beach and dined out in the evenings. Rooms are basic but clean,... More

Summary: The location of the hotel provides quick access to the Valley of the Temples. The staff are friendly and the overall service was excellent. Upon our arrival they greeted us with glasses of the local sweet wine. When we realized I'd made the reservations for the wrong day they assured me it was not a problem and just moved... More

We were able to park across the road from the main hotel complex in car parking B when we arrived but after we checked in we were given the code to the gated area which includes car park A as well as the swimming pool, also across the road from the hotel rooms (this is not obvious from hotel photos).... My room was small and the mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. The walls are very thin and I could hear the conversations from next door. This was a very noisy hotel not to mention the dog under my window who barked constantly every morning early. On my first night I asked for a gin and tonic....NO... More

My family enjoyed our stay here in San Leone. While the room was fairly small and basic, the hotel was convenient because it was located only about 2 miles from the Valley of the Temples (the hotel will provide a shuttle to and from this site for a fee) and was also within walking distance of a beautiful beach for... The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. On arrival, I went in alone to find out where we should park and someone was immediately sent out to help bring in the bags and to go with the driver to the private, secure parking area across the road. The hotel has their own... More
