Booked a room here for 5 days whilst in the area for work.

Considering we had to phone to book a downstairs room as he has a blue badge and cannot manage stairs..there was NO blue badge parking bays. Surprisingly there was no lift. There was nowhere on the website to state special requests (hence the phone call)....More

Thank you for your comments, however, as we explained the mix up in the room type came from Hotels.Com not ourselves.

Nice friendly staff, but bedroom a bit cold. We did have heater but room was quite big, heating did not come on until 5.30. There was quite a few stairs to get to our room. As near the back of the building.
