This is a review of the hotel restaurant called Chalay Bun Aesthetic Dining (on the road) and does not comment on the quality of the hotel as we did not stay there. The food was dreadful. We were both feeling a bit tired so decided to go to this place as it looked clean and cute from the outside and...

The hotel backs on to the main Chaweng road and this area is very busy. There are restaurants, bars, shops and motor bike hire readily available. This is good but it can be hectic and noisey at times. The rooms are an odd design with the bed on a second floor with a large multiple person bath as the centre...

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. They tried to bump our reservation which we pre-paid through Expedia, as they had sold our room for a higher amount. Later however as we stood our ground and after much argument they agreed to give us a room they had said was fully occupied!? Unfortunately though as the "resort"...

Stayed here for a week in august as a start to my travels, amazing hotel, located in the quieter part of chaweng, about a 15-20 walk to the lively centre but still loads of lovely little bars and food outside the door, we had a duplex room which was amazing, only downside was the heat rises and is often very...

We moved to the Kirikayan in the second week of our stay on Koh Samui (from the Fair House villas and Spa in Mae nam, see separate review) and couldn't feel but a bit disappointed. The Kirikayan was much more expensive than the Fair House and in return you get a reasonable clean but much smaller room in a cramped...

This place is SO nice. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with lots of sun chairs on the sand and by the pool to relax on. The pool has a swim-up bar and happy hour twice daily. The room was beautiful and clean, with the staff providing complimentary water a fruit baskets daily. Breakfast was a bit average,...

Hotel is located on the beautiful Chaweng Beach which is very convenient for relaxing vacations at Koh Samui. The rooms were ok but after staying there for 3 nights I didn't actually feel comfortable in it. The bad smell of the room, the damaged towels gave me the impression that the room was not very clean. Breakfast and pool bar...

Right on the beach.. As with most of its neighbors. It takes about 5 mins to get to the water from your room.. And the water and sand at this part of chaweng are great! If this is the main thing you are looking for, kirikayan is your hotel. It's also near restaurants and a 7-11 so you dont feel...
