The hotel is split into two sections, the reception, restaurant, pool and some rooms are in one building, and across the road are the other rooms. We received an orange juice on arrival and it was lovely. The wifi is very hit and miss in this place, it only worked on one section of the bed in the room and...

We had booked two standard rooms from The Avenue Samui. The rooms were situated in the Laem Din building next to The Avenue. Shortly said the rooms are old, dirty and smelly. AC in one of the rooms didn't work properly and the room temperature was constantly +18 or even less. There is no safety box in the rooms. We asked...

This hotel is extremely poor! The sheets were sticky and we requested to change rooms! Also everyday they don't have enough fresh towels to provide us so we have to wait for awhile. They also do not have hair dryers or basic stuff in the hotel and we have to request it and sometimes they might not have it. We...

It was good enough, some minor issues not worth mentioning. Nice people work there, clean and comfortable room. Will come again. I like the breakfast... Location was a bit far walking distance to night market and food court.

I would say this hotel was average at best. The rooms were alright, bed and towels however were stained which was a bit unnerving. The pool was really disappointing. It's far away from the rooms so is easy to forget about and is pretty dirty with limited seating (only around 5 chairs). The breakfast was again average, had much better...

I'm not usually critical of places - I make it a point to try not to be too discouraging. But this place does not leave anything to be desired. Let's start with the photos. Do NOT trust their photos - the beautifully lit and clean-looking rooms only set you up for disappointment when you see the actual place. My friend...

We stopped in Samui for one night on our way to kopanghan. The hotel had a bad smell when we came in. The room looks nice and modern until you look close. The sheets were torn and stained. The towels in our friends room were stained. The receptionist said that our room doesn't include breakfast when the order in booking.com...
