The rooms are very spacious with a couch and a very comfy bed. I loved our welcome drink that were left in the ref a mix of difference of colours and tastes. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV channels included Netflix's so I had the opportunity to watch some good series b4 retiring. The bathroom is very big a mix of walking back in time & the very modern. The addition of coconut hand soap, shampoo & conditioner added to a great stay. The breakfast area has a nice view of the ocean & the is the eggs Benedict was 1st class. I shall miss watching the squirrels climbing the tree as they were cheeky hahaha. When you walk out of your accommodation you are surrounded by greenery and rustic charm with gentle type of spa music playing, it makes you one at peace with yourself & your surroundings, as you progress towards the restaurant and the beach. And if your lucky you will greeted by Dodo the friendly local black & white dog who I nicknamed Mr No Legs as they were so short.....Arm was the guy who took care of us at breakfast for our towels and any drinks he is a great source of information and knowledge and a valuable asset to Buri Rasa a very likeable person who speaks good English and or Thai. We were on holiday in Covid time so we were blessed literally know one on the beach or in the ocean the opposite of high season. The ocean is so clean a mix of turquoise and light blues and you can see the bed of the ocean even when you go far out whereby the sand is so soft. One of the best beaches and oceans I have ever experienced. The nearest restaurant was approx 4 mins away which is Banana Fan Sea were we had tried a variations of Thai dishes and Pizza's which were brill "look for the manager Jack a really nice guy.

I spent two wonderful weeks with my girlfriend. After a long journey we were greeted with ice-cold washcloth and fresh coconut milk, check-in was quick and within 10 minutes we were already in our room. The room is very spacious and tastefully furnished, ours was on the first floor and had a balcony, those on the ground floor have a small private garden. Really a nice place

We spent 4 nights at Buri Rasa Village and were super satisfied with our choice. Buri Rasa is located in the middle of Chaweng Beach but as soon as you step inside the village you feel like somewhere else: quiet atmosphere, lush gardens, well equipped pool and beach area. With 32 rooms it has a really nice small boutique style. The staff was always super nice to us...from gardener to receptionist, everyone had a smile for you. The breakfast is ala carte with a wide variety of foods, you will not leave hungry. Due to Covid they dont serve dinner at the moment but breakfast is available until 3pm. Manfred, the manager, is always available for a nice chat and has a 100% hospitality attitude. As we have seen many rundown hotels (due to Covid) closeby it is really worth mentioning that Buri Rasa is doing a lot to take care of their place and still improve on a daily basis after the lockdown (without disturbing guests). So if you look for a nice and relaxing stay, come to Buri Rasa!

I cannot rave enough about Buri Rasa Village Samui! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable. Everyone I came across was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The premises exceeded all of my expectations. The room was gorgeous, spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need - including the most incredible bathrobe. Breakfast was wonderful and the cocktails were fantastic. The spa was closed due to safety measurements, but the pool, gardens, dining and beachfront area more than made up for it! Chaweng Beach, with its white sand and clear blue water, is absolutely breathtaking. After staying at Buri Rasa Village Samui, I don't think that I could come back to Samui and stay anywhere else! It was truly a perfect holiday getaway and I hope that I can come back again soon.

We loved our room and the hotel environment, very lush, relaxing. Rooms are decorated very tastefully and has so many little personal and homy touch (Nespresso coffee machine, aroma diffuser...). Service was great, could not ask for more. And breakfast was absolutely lovely. Fresh juice, bakery, on site made omelette etc etc.

After scrolling online through countless hotels, we finally chose Buri Rasa for our much awaited holiday in Koh Samui.. the reviews and pictures looked amazing but the moment we stepped on the stairs leading up to the resort, little did we know how much more blown over we would be! Firstly, the architecture of the whole resort is amazing.. traditional look with all the modern amenities. Location is also perfect being close to central samui but not tooo close that u would have blaring music n drunk tourists on ur doorsteps. The pool was beautiful and a welcome respite each time we felt too hot and the beach was just the most amazing stretch in Chaweng! We stayed in a villa that had a dip pool outside and we spent many afternoons and evenings in it and would confirm it was worth every additional penny spent as opposed to not having a pool. Breakfast was a great start each morning with all the spread so tasty - a great mix of western & asian dishes and the egg station was our favourite particularly the amazing omelettes. The heart of this amazing resort truly lies down to the staff.. from the housekeeping team to the reception staff to the restaurant/bar staff to the friendly staff who would be watering the plants.. they are truly what makes Buri Rasa and brilliantly led by Manfred who is an amazing manager who takes time out to spwak to each guest every morning and sees them out personally along with the amazing Aom. We did not manage to catch all their names but would like to give special thanks to the below staff:
Deru + lovely ladies at the egg counter and all breakfast staff Kylie + tall male receptionist (did not catch his name but he is a true gem! Chev + rest of the friendly bar staff

This is the fourth time to Chaweng Beach and this is the best. Everything is so understated and so very cool. It’s the little things ie design of rooms, modern air conditioner, so very suave lounge music playing in pool area, Manfred’s welcome and the pool side lounges. For real Thailand and for ‘Foodies’ walk to the left then two blocks away to the Laemdin Market for authentic Thai sweets and pineapple donuts! I swam in chest high water every second morning in clear ocean water for 1500 metres and no stingers or seaweed.

I am travelling with my husband and two young boys. I was considering to stay at Buri Rasa or a bigger hotel with more kid facilities, in the end, I was attracted by the lovely yellow houses and the intimacy at the Village and with no regret. You don’t need children playroom and big swimming pools when you are just footsteps away from the Chaweng Bay with the fine sand.
Room is spacious with comfortable bed. We booked a garden room with pool and in fact, we rarely used the plunge pool but it’s nice to listen to the water sound from the pool. Our garden is full of green and tall trees and it was an amazing experience to wake up in the middle of “jungle” every morning.
Hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. It is similar to the price in the city centre and we also have buy one get one free cocktail promotions. On every Sunday, there’s an also fire dance at 8pm at the beach.
The staff here is very friendly. Especially Tony who was our tour guide of our 4 hour private trip. It is sometimes a nightmare to travel with two active young boys but Tony has a lot of patience to deal with them and he became friends with them very quickly. I really appreciate the kindness he showed. And again, the private tour offered by the hotel is almost at the same price as the price elsewhere but service is customised.
Location is very good. It’s around 10 mins walk to Central Samui shopping mall with many restaurants around.
We absolutely love this place.

Thank you Buri Rasa for making our holiday so beautiful!
We were treated like family as soon as we arrived and were looked after by all the great staff and management so well we felt like we were home again.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great variety and the choice of “egg dishes” was also all you could wish for.
Our room and surrounding gardens were gorgeous and very Thai style which is why we love this resort so much. The resort has been so well maintained over the Covid 19 “shut down” which is a great compliment to all staff and management.
We enjoyed relaxing at the beach and swimming in the lovely water as well as having an afternoon cocktail and a cold Chang beer at the beach bar which was staffed by a wonderful group of people who made us laugh everyday.
Thank you all for our making our holiday great and so enjoyable and we are looking forward to returning again as soon as we can.
