They are located right on the beach. The pool was open daily, and they have a little restaurant with pretty good food. At night they turn the beach into a lounge type area with hookahs and fire dancers. They also open up a bar on the beach. This was a nice surprise.

Wouldn't think of staying here again. Though for the location, the price is somewhat reasonable, I reckon for the same price u could get better else where. It was first and foremost noisy as it was located next to ark bar and hotel. But the most disappointing aspect of it all was the beds. They were hard, uncomfortable and ravaged...

Good , clean with very friendly staff. On the beach, but has good pool if you do not like salt water. Right in the middle of Chaweng Beach, so handy to all shopping. Good budget living. Very handy to nightlife although noise not heard from rooms.

We were told we could have a room for 1200thb a night. The location is central but that is its only plus. The rooms are outdated and ours was an unpleasant shade of neon green. The bathroom was dirty and the overall effect was tired. They also charged us an extra 100thb a day for WiFi, not a huge amount...

Cleanish. Cheapish. Central location. I would suggest any of the other flop houses for a cheap room in Chaweng. I doubt they could be any worse, but can be cheaper! Otherwise, unless you get bumped from ARK Bar and need to be that close to central Chaweng.

I stayed in this hotel in July 2015. The room was outdated, smelled like cigarette smoke, and the staff was extremely rude. The pool is over-chlorinated and my son received second degree chemical burns all over his body from the pool water, as proven by the local hospital. Staff would not even close the pool after this incident, nor refund...
