We stayed at The Wave when we first arrived to Ko Samui. They arranged for an airport transfer for us. The driver didn't say two words to us or even show one ounce of humanity. we are sorry the ladies in question felt this way about our place but we can tell you we have since installed safe deposit boxes in ALL rooms so you can lock your passports in your rooms without having to leave them in our secure safe, plus we do not take credit card inprints as a guarentee of your room,...

like others that have done reviews we too made this our local.... Entertainment from Pete and Dave with great tips about Samui. Food was yum and pretty cheap and the atmosphere fantastic.
