An amazing holiday, spending time with amazing people and staying in an amazing hotel. Chez Momo certainly exceeded my expectations. From the well kept gardens (I was eating fresh figs from their tree), to the wholesome Moroccan food and extremely helpful staff. The rooms were clean daily and well presented. Ill be coming back with my family. This definitely a...

We walked here from our base in Ouirgane with our local guide, enjoying beautiful winter scenery on the way and visiting the lake, being more than ready to sit down for lunch after about 3 hours' walk. We sat outside at a shady table (though sun hats are provided!) and enjoyed the lovely garden setting by the pool. Inside looked...

About 60km outside marrakech in the Atlas Mountains. This restaurant / boutique motel is situated above a lake and surrounded by olive trees with the night Atlas Mountains in the background. Snow covered the top of the mountain range. We sat up on a wide open terrace with such views. The air was cool and crisp. We had Moroccan chicken...

Always sad when a hotel doesn't live up to expectations. Despite its good location and admittedly friendly staff, the rest was pretty poor. The room was frankly dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned and the walls were grubby. The hot water didn't work and so had to have a cold shower in the morning. When I commented on this...

We booked Chez Momo II because we liked the idea of staying in a smaller, more traditional hotel when visiting the Atlas mountains. We also liked the look of the pool area & views from the pictures we'd seen online, both of which lived up to expectations. The staff in the hotel were also very good & it was a...

I spent 8 days at Chez Momo II with a group of 10. We went to practice Afrikan Yoga and Meditation. The venue itself and it's surrounding buildings (rooms) were awesome. If there were any (minor) issues, Mustafa and his helpful team of very friendly staff were there to help. Basic food, but fresh. If you have favourite herbs or...

A quite rustic but beautiful place to visit in the Atlas Mountains. The views are stunning, the pool is gorgeous but the thing that makes it so very special is the wonderful Mustafa and the team. They make a stunning place into a wonderful experience. The food was also wonderful if limited in choices (which is expected).

This location wa totally unexpected and beyond relaxing! The climate is a welcome relief compared to the searing heat of Marrakesh. Expect rustic and quite basic with a great pool and stunning views. Very pleasant staff and reasonably priced.

Stayed for a couple of days when visiting Marrakech. The staff were welcoming, the views were amazing and the surrounding area was so peaceful. The facilities are great and it's so relaxing to eat by the pool. The food and drink's great value too.

Such a rarity in the Moroccan countryside - a fantastic night sleep without the sound of donkeys or cockerels, or the call to prayer waking you. Chez Momo was a wonderful retreat - log fires each night and absorbing the quiet and beautiful views during the day. Great value and a great experience. Only not a 5* review because of...
