This is a reasonably priced 2 bedroom villa directly on the water. The water views are great, but the rooms are a little tired. It is one of five that sit on a lovely white sand beach. The home is well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, dishes and more. There is cable TV and wifi. Marsh Harbour has modern grocery...

CLEAN! Fresh new towels, beds good! Price right! Not sure what EXTRA $50. For "amenities" is for? But on the beach, sunrise/sunset!! Easy cab to Snappas. Ask fair before you board cab. Also marina restaurant and pool across street, unfortunately closed Sunday, but offered a ride to Snappas!!

Very unique villas, panoramic views of the ocean, adorable private villas. Beach was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Close to down town. Very clean and nice Bahama touch to the decor! Staff was very helpful and much knowledge about the Abaco Islands.

Do NOT stay here! Worst experience ever! Bug infested, old unkept villas. We arrived on a Saturday to find ants everywhere... every kitchen cabinet, bedroom dresser & all over bathrooms. Termites and roaches in kitchen. Doors to outside deck were unusable and the kitchen door actually fell off hinges due to wood rot. Out of 3 exits only 1 was...

Bareboating a sailboat can sometimes be stressful and difficult, with airlines coming in late, early checkouts at hotels, and not getting a boat until the afternoon. Especially with a group of six loaded with gear. The manger and the friendly staff at Pelican Beach Villas set our minds at ease, helping us in anyway they could to make our vacation...

This was a lovely valentines day/birthday spot. Villas are great for all your needs! Beautiful view and friendly staff! Highly recommended! The villa we stayed in had two bedrooms one with a master bedroom and another room with twin beds. Two bathrooms, kitchen and living area!

We stayed for one night in the Pelican Beach Villas. The cottage was nice with a living room and kitchen. We got in late and was able to access our room after the office was closed which was nice. When we awoke we were greeted with an incredible view of the water that was incredibly clear! I would also note...

Going during off-season has its advantages one might think: nothing is remotely crowded, go to any restaurant without a reservation, prices should be less. However, many places were closed in the “hurricane season” so, for purposes of making a connection to a sailing boat, we needed to stay close to Marsh Harbour. Pelican Beach Villas seemed a good idea. In...

To call the cottages villas is a bit of a stretch. That said these "villas" are comfortable. Also they are clean, well appointed with a great location on a lovely quiet beach located on a peninsula. If you enjoy hammock disease, this is the place for you. The hosts, Allen and Debra are quick and attentive.

This place was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the comfort of being on the beach and the awesome view. This is the best value in Abacos. I would highly recommend this to any families looking for a great place to rest and relax...in paradise.
