I don't like to trash a place for just one thing but the food at this establishment was awful. The accommodations were very good, all was clean, the staff was helpful, but when you are in Spain, bad food is just, well, a sin. Stay here yes, go out for food, definitely!

I liked this place. 15 minutes south of Pamplona in a small quaint village. Nothing fancy but it works very well. Vey comfortable rooms. Nice bar area. restarunt serves healthy basic food. Many Trekkers frequent this hotel so there is always someone who wants to share an experience. Easy to get to off the A12 with plenty of parking. Stayed... More

I stopped at this hotel because someone that I had met on the Camino de Santiago had recommended it. From the east, you see the hotel just as you are coming into town, but before you cross the big bridge. Rooms are large, modern, clean. Mattress wasn't all that comfortable but I only needed for one night. They have a... More

Stayed here whilst doing the Camino. As a couple it's great value at comparatively not much extra cost . The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with a good bathroom and shower and nice toiletries . The buffet at 13 Euros each which was self service for salads , starters , dessert and wine was good. You chose your main... More

So far, 11 days into The Camino, this was my favorite place to stay It's located right on the trail. The rooms are v comfortable and I had a bath. The reception staff were funny and friendly. And the dinner was a v ample buffet with a huge salad bar! Thank you hotel Jakue for a great stay!

We stopped here on our camino walk to get some breakfast. I asked the girl in the bar if they had a menu, and she responded "A menu?? A menu??" with an attitude like it was the most stupid question she had ever heard. Totally unproffessional and if we hadn´t been so hungry and exhausted (and not knowing when next... More

After 40 km walking that day on Camino it was a perfect choice to have stay in this hotel, with a separate room and private bathroom. The room was quite spacious and very clean with white bed linen, so after a couple of days staying in albergues it was a perfect place. Also we liked the dinner with the menu... More

We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions whilst walking the Camino de Santiago, the most recent being in May this year. On each occasion we have been in different rooms. All of them are very good, with everything clean and in good condition. The hotel staff are very friendly and very efficient. Arantxa and Juana on... More

Stayed here when walking Camino. Unfriendly greeting from staff more interested in talking to other staff. Room clean but uninspiring .Extremely hot as it was in the roof with only a velux window with no view.

I stayed in the albergue part of the Jakue. I had reserved on booking.com, so my bed was set for the night. With the Jakue being fairly large, I think most pilgrims who wanted to stay there did even without reservations. I had one of the smaller rooms for four with a private bath. Their outdoor courtyard is a great... More
