I made a reservation for March that was cancelled due to COVID. The hotel promised me a refund but after many requests they still have not returned my money! This is really unbelievable and I can’t accept it

Thank you for your comment. Regarding your paiment I can tell you that as we told you, your money will be reinbursed, we are in this process. You must understand that this COVID situation took us all by surprise and none of us were prepared to handle this situation and second we were closed for more than 8 months due to national restrictions and therefore nobody was working in the hotel. Only recently the government let us open the doors and re start working partially, therefore we haven't been able to send you money back. You will receive your money back this week or by late next one.

Old colonial property, now a hotel. Rich with old design and artefacts it is a lovely place to stay for those that don’t always want a modern hotel. Situated close to the main square it is well placed to explore the village. Our room had a comfortable bed and a good shower although a small bathroom with slightly worrying electrics. There was no coffee or complimentary water and although there was free WiFi in the hotel we were unable to receive it in our room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We had a light meal in the evening which was good and inexpensive as were the cocktails. Staff were really nice.

The Posada is just behind the main square and in easy walking distance of the central square. The rooms are all different and traditionally furnished. Our bathroom was modern and the hot water plentiful. Our lovely room looked out into the little square opposite. You get a welcome Cocktail on arrival but I have to say that this warm toddy tasted like cough medicine and I needed a marguerita to get rid of the taste! We had one meal there which was ok but not terribly exciting and the service was slow. But hey - what’s the hurry!? Breakfasts were good and hearty. Lots of fresh fruit and eggs to order. Worth noting there is free water 24 hrs in the dining room. A really delightful place altogether with helpful staff.

Thank you very much for your comment. All your comments allow us to improve our service. The welcome cocktail is a colombian typical cocktail prepared with aguardiente, agua de panela, cinnamon and aromatic herbs and we drink it warm.

A well positioned hotel near the main square and very comfortable. Our room was large with lots of interesting artefacts around and the hotel was also interesting built around a pretty courtyard. It had a cosy lounge and a nice dining room. The food was ok, and the staff very pleasant.
