This is a beautiful hotel that is a mere two blocks from the Plaza Mayor - the center of pretty much anything you will want to do in the town of Villa de Leyva. It is hard to imagine how the staff could be at all more helpful or friendly. Everything is immaculately clean and nicely appointed. Being as the...

Great little hotel in center of town with very friendly and helpful staff. In center of town, convient to Plaza and restaurants, but very quiet at night. Breakfast not included, but many options nearby. Recommended!

We spent 3 nights here at the end of January. I am puzzled why this hotel has had such good reviews - certainly the staff are friendly and pleasant but they don't speak any English and since we speak no Spanish we only communicated through sign language! We arrived very tired after a long and tedious journey and so when...

This place is run by very friendly and helpful staff who constantly seem to be working hard at keeping the place looking and feeling nice. They don´t do breakfast but the location means you are surrounded by plenty of places to find good eats. It´s a minute or so walk to the main square. Try to get a room at...

The hotel is located just 2 blocks from the main square on the main road leading into the town of Villa de Leyva. The building is in keeping with the colonial style of Villa de Leyva with all the rooms facing two small central courtyards. Most of the rooms only have windows facing the inner courtyards, which is also the...

We just stayed two nights in this hotel. The welcome was warm but unfortunately the staff can't speak english, but this wasn't a real problem we were used to it on our trip through Columbia. We travelled with another couple, when we arrived at 15:30 only one room was ready, for the other we had to wait another 30min because...

Had a wonderful few nights here. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful, and were lovely to our small children. The hotel is comfortable and laid back, and well located to explore the rest of town. Lots of good restaurants within a stone's throw.

Villa de Leyva is a wonderful place and this is an excellent, well-located humble hotel. No breakfast but the staff is always offering coffee or tea as they seem to be perpetually caffeinated themselves (the coffee is instant and pretty bad, though :-))

The staff at this hotel is AMAZING especially the guy that works the front desk. He always has a smile on his face and was very helpful in suggesting restaurants, etc. The hotel grounds and the rooms are very clean and beautiful. For the price point, I doubt there is a better hotel in Villa de Levya. The hotel is...
