Fantastic Hotel. Beautiful view of the mountain and the flowers so well taking care. The suites are beautiful and the decoration expectacular. The Duruelo is one of my favor hotels in the world. Like always HERMOSA EXPERIENCIA
This hotel seems more a garden with rooms than a hotel with gardens all around! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that takes away from the experience is the fact that the staff don't speak english. A hotel of this category should have at least one fully bilingual staff per shift.
Such an amazing place! So many beautiful flowers everywhere. Outstanding landscaping! Very clean and friendly hotel! Super breakfast with beautiful views! Get a table outside on the balcony! Would return
We were going for breakfast and to remember old days when I stayed here 30 years ago but the security man at the entrance asked us to leave an ID card and carry a badge around our neck. No problem with doing that but we noticed a couple from outside going to use the spa allowed in by the same man without the need to leave a form of ID card of wear a badge. This place is very unwelcoming. We were told it has a good breakfast and that is why we were going. On the way back to our hotel which is in the main square (the Duruelo is a long way away and a good 20 minutes walk) we met a member of staff and asked her if what the security man did was the norm and she said no. She apologised but we shall never return. If they want people from outside to use their café and restaurants they should be welcoming and not so rude.…
We visited this hotel with family and we loved it! Excellent customer service, amenities, activities, food, everything!! Will be back for another visit in the future! The hotel has mini golf, bikes, pool, gym, beautiful sitting areas, and a great buffet breakfast. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful!
