The Swan Motel is Under new ownership Myself Jon an Lisa took over The Swan in November 2015 Although the whole place underwent a complete refurbishment a couple of years ago we are always maintaining and improving the place as we go. We have 14 motel rooms all with their own en suite's accessible from our beautiful garden. We have two new chefs who have worked very hard to provide the best food we can at a very reasonable price, our Sunday carvery's are getting quite a reputation. So if you are looking for somewhere new to pop out to, come and see us you wont be disappointed (or hungry) Lunch 12pm to 230 pm, Supper 6pm to 9pm mon to Sat. Sunday carvery 12pm till 7pm. Be great to see you Jon & Lisa

I’ve just spent 2 nights at the motel , had the most friendly relaxing experience . The motel is really lovely , very clean and the decor is very quirky. The food was really good . The rooms were comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend

My husband and I stumbled across this place whilst trying to find a doggy friendly pub for tea. Wow! The food was absolutely incredible- so much so we visited three times in total whilst staying up the road in a holiday cottage. The customer service was outstanding and they made such an effort to spoil the dog. The portion sizes are huge (both hubbie and I are struggling to fit in our clothes)! Such a lovely well run restaurant will definitely visit again if we ever visit Norfolk in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is 15 to 20 minutes walk to Beccles town centre and within driving distance to lots of attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and we had a lovely vegetarian meal. The menu had a very good choice. Bar well stocked with outdoor seating. Jon and all the staff are very friendly and looked after us well. We would definitely stay here again.

The term’Motel’ put me off a little but after reading the reviewsI decided to book and we were not disappointed. Friendly little bar and restaurant and great spacious family rooms located in the courtyard. It’s just 1 minute drive from the Hipperson boatyard for great boat hire on the stunning and quiet Suffolk broads
